Check Out DC's Realistic Range Of BATMAN v SUPERMAN, MAN OF STEEL, And SUICIDE SQUAD Action Figures

We've already seen a lot of awesome merchandise for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, but Yahoo Movies has a first look at the initial wave of what they describe as, "highly detailed, virtually photorealistic figures created using 3D sculpts of the films' stars." Looking through the gallery below (from that movie, Man of Steel, and Suicide Squad), it's fair to say that that's an accurate assessment!

DC Entertainment CCO Geoff Johns has also weighed in on these figures (which all come with alternate hands, heads, and accessories) which retail for $45 each. "We’re not holding anything back. It’s exciting to see our DC film slate bring to life so many great DC characters… This line will include everything from Batman to Superman to Wonder Woman, and even the obscure characters that will pop up in the cinematic universe. I can’t wait for fans of our films to get their hands on these."

Is it just me or do these dolls look like a cheerleader walking after prom night, or maybe they've been riding horses all day, or McGee got a hold of them before they took the pictures.

$45 for Luthor? Ha!

Superman looks like he's wearing thigh-highs and shoulder pads. The rest look really good though. How tall are they?

Don't really give a shit. DC already announced the figure I need.

My inner childhood is going [frick]ing nuts.

Wait these figures are 6 inches & $45 each?

Who the [frick] would be stupid enough to buy these? You buy 2 and that's almost $100. The Batman Beyond figures I posted are 2 figures and a dog for $50. That sounds reasonable. $45 for one 6 inch figure? That's highway robbery.

Well not to me though since I won't buy them. It fact it's not highway robbery, it's reasonably priced. I'm fine with a 6 inch figure being $45 because anyone stupid enough to buy them deserve to lose his $45.

The only figures I'll buy will be Faora and Wonder Woman, maybe the suicide squad figures. The rest I feel meh about
