Superman fan Jeff Frost sent Superman Homepage photo's and video showing the progress on the reconstruction of the Kent Farm House for the upcoming Superman/Batman movie in Yorkville, Illinois. With filming at the Kent Farm expected to start in February 2014, the location is under heavier security, with a security guard on the front porch.

The sequel to 2013's "Man of Steel" continues the journey of the Last Son of Krypton (Henry Cavill)as he encounters Gotham City's Dark Knight Protector, the Batman (Ben Affleck). Filming will occur in Detroit, MI and Chicago and Plano, Illinois. The untitle sequel, currently going by Batman vs Superman will be released on July 17, 2015 by Warner Bros. Directed by Zack Snyder (300, Watchmen) with a screenplay by David S. Goyer (The Dark Knight), Batman vs Superman will surely be the summer blockbuster of 2015."

@bluedude I 100% agree with you. I can't wait for filming to begin. WOW! My excitement is through the roof. I can't wait to see what Ben Affleck looks like in the new batsuit. It will be mind bending just like how Kevin Smith described it.

@ Interestein - A large part of TDKR was set in the winter and snow also and i agree makes for a great setting.

I'm assuming the Kent Farm will be filmed in snow. It would be great for cinematography if most of the film has shots of snow and if it's shot in the winter. It would give the film a more realistic feel.

I'm hoping World's Finest will be epic.
