WB Remains Mysterious With Its SDCC Plans

With Marvel Studios skipping SDCC this year, Saturday at San Diego Comic Con 2015 just might be WB/DC day. WB has confirmed that their panel will be on Saturday and this year, they're going somewhat earlier in the day.

Of course, the game now begins (really, it's already started) of whether WB can keep their plans a secret all the way up to SDCC.  Last year, surely no one expected the studio to announce Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.  Will they be able to pull off a similar announcement? With Shazaam!, Wonder Woman, Flash, Aquaman and a Justice League two-part film currently on their film slate, the studio definitely has a number of projects in development that could wow the audience. What announcements are you most anticipating? Details on Green Lanterns place in the DC Cinematic Universe? An update on the standalone, Wonder Woman film? DC will blow the roof off SDCC if they show Leto as the Joker in action. A glimpse at Aquaman and Wonder Woman wouldn't hurt either. Aggggghhhh I wish I lived closer to San Diego. Not too far from home actually, maybe 4 hour drive from Arizona. Maybe next year!

Of couse they'll have BvS: DoJ and SS but what will they surprise us with? I'm hoping they tell us who will be the villain of Justice League.

Well, THR, Variety, and Deadline all just said the presentation would focus on DC stuff. I could see them focusing on UNCLE with Cavill there. I imagine we'll get that sizzle reel (or something like it) for both SS and BvS, panels, and then, some announcements for JL and WW.

Whatever they do, I'm waiting all night to get in.

DC really should just wise up and live stream the whole thing. You'd think that they'd finally just concede that their stuff is always going to leak, so it may as well be seen the way it was meant to be. If you absolutely have to have that "exclusivity" that Comic-Con entails, give attendees an exclusive t-shirt or something; a free movie ticket, like they did at the BvS "trailer" screenings, even.

Wonder Woman needs a villain who can clash with her perspective and who can make to be an excellent contrast. Ares is the most logical antagonist to start with.

I just read that FOX is bringing X-Men, F4, Gambit and DeadPool to Comic Con. Not sure if it's confirmed but i'm sure FOX is coming with all that stuff.

If they release a Justice League poster the internet would shatter. I doubt it happening at this point, Green Lantern, Flash and a few others still have yet to be revealed on screen. I think they'll save that for next year's comic con.
