The Golden Raspberry Awards (or tenderly "Razzies") is a special kind of prize that no one really wants to win. Last year we've watched a lot of "bad" movies and sadly, some of them were
comic-book movies, which we've been eagerly anticipating for a long time. Now it's time to reward some of them.
In the 2017's edition, we have two major candidates fighting in the most of the categories -
Zoolander 2 and
Batman v. Superman; both movies achieved an incredible result of 8 nominations, including the most important category, "
Worst picture", as well as "
Worst actor" (BvS is nominated twice, Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck both have a chance to succeed), "
Worst supporting actor" (Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor), "
Worst screen combo" ("Ben Affleck & his BFF [baddest foe forever] Henry Cavill"), "
Worst director" (Zack Snyder) and "
Worst prequel, remake, rip-off or sequel". "The biggest gladiator match in the history of the world" also received a nomination for "
Worst screenplay" (alongside
Suicide Squad, which is also nominated in the "
Worst supporting actor" category, thanks to Jared Leto's Joker).
