BLACK PANTHER: The King Has Arrived In The Badass First Teaser Trailer
Get ready to witness the rise of the King as Marvel Studios has debuted the supremely badass first teaser trailer for Ryan Coogler's Black Panther, which stars Chadwick Boseman in the title role.
After the debut of the teaser poster this morning, Marvel Studios has launched the epic teaser trailer for Ryan Coogler's Black Panther, which features the return of Chadwick Boseman as the King of Wakanda.
The trailer is certainly unlike any Marvel has released before as it contains absolutely no humorous beats whatsoever, something that certainly matches T'Challa's no-nonsense personality from Captain America: Civil War. What we're instead delicately teased with is the breathtaking nation of Wakanda and first looks at several members of the über-talented cast, including Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Winston Duke, Andy Serkis, Forest Whitaker, Martin Freeman, and Angela Bassett, amongst others.
Check out the first teaser trailer, which is set to "Legend Has It" by Run The Jewels, below:
Marvel Studios’ “Black Panther” follows T’Challa who, after the death of his father, the King of Wakanda, returns home to the isolated, technologically advanced African nation to succeed to the throne and take his rightful place as king. But when a powerful old enemy reappears, T’Challa’s mettle as king—and Black Panther—is tested when he is drawn into a formidable conflict that puts the fate of Wakanda and the entire world at risk. Faced with treachery and danger, the young king must rally his allies and release the full power of Black Panther to defeat his foes and secure the safety of his people and their way of life.
