Wesley THE DAYWALKER Snipes is reportedly out of jail. You can't keep a good Blade down for long!!
The famous action star was put behind bars since 2010 for tax evasion. TMZ reports that the actor was released and was transferred to the New York Community Corrections Office, which will oversee the actor's home confinement.
Snipes' house arrest will conclude on July 19, making him a free man.
Gotta say that is good news for any fan of Wesley Snipes. Snipes said that he was interested for Blade 4[Only if it was done right] but sadly the rights have been reverted back to Marvel making it unknown when Blade will be back to kill some suckheads.

Snipes will be back in movie theaters in a zombie western film GALLOWWALKERS[So far the movie has no release date in USA or worldwide] and he is also rumored to star in EXPENDABLES 3
