For those who have read the newest comic featuring Steve Rogers' return as Captain America, it's been revealed through the comic that he is an agent of HYDRA! Chris Evans, who portrays Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe took to his twitter to show his reaction:

More surprisingly, fan art by BOSSLOGIC of Evans as Captain America: Agent of HYDRA looks pretty fantastic and would look to translate superbly from art to screen! The image shows a decked out Steve Rogers in a black "stealth" suit filled with all things HYDRA, including some interesting looking shades as well. Seeing Cap go "rogue" is something we've seen a bit of in Civil War, but going to this extreme would be quite the departure if the Cinematic Universe took this step one day. It would be very interesting to see on the big screen! Check out the image(s) below!
