CAPTAIN MARVEL: Stunning First Look Concept Art Has (Finally) Been Released In Hi-Resolution
It's been a long time coming, but Marvel Studios Director of Visual Development & conceptual artist Andy Park has finally shared that Captain Marvel concept art from SDCC '17 in full hi-resolution.
Marvel Studios shared a first look at Captain Marvel at San Diego Comic-Con in 2017 with some awesome concept art of Academy Award-winner Brie Larson suited up as the newest Avenger. However, they opted not to share the piece online and have kept it in their vault for well over a year.
Now, with the trailer causing shockwaves across the internet, Marvel Studios Director of Visual Development and conceptual artist Andy Park has finally shared his first look piece in glorious hi-resolution.
Set in the 1990s, Marvel Studios’ “Captain Marvel” is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that follows the journey of Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes. While a galactic war between two alien races reaches Earth, Danvers finds herself and a small cadre of allies at the center of the maelstrom.
