We recently learned that The Marvels had wrapped production, and star Brie Larson has now taken to Twitter to share a first look at a new emblem for Nia DaCosta's MCU sequel.
The Academy Award-winning actress posted a photo of herself holding some sort of pendant featuring what appears to be an emblem made up of the logos associated with the movie's trio of heroes: Larson's Carol Danvers, Iman Vellani's Kamala Khan, and Teyonah Parris' Monica Rambeau.
It's a pretty cool design, and one we'll likely see adorning all manner of tie-in merchandise around this time next year.

Plot details for the Captain Marvel sequel are still under wraps (you can check out a vague logline here), but British actress Zawe Ashton (Fresh Meat, Velvet Buzzsaw) is on board as the main villain, who is rumored to be a gender-swapped take on Kree warrior Ael-Dan. In addition, Samuel L. Jackson recently confirmed that he will appear as Nick Fury.
DaCosta will direct from a script by WandaVision writer Megan McDonnell. The Marvels is set to fly into theaters on February 17, 2023.
