Deathstroke vs Taskmaster

Deathstroke is as strong as several men while Taskmaster is not.

Wonder Woman vs Flash

Flash's speed should give him the advantage.

Iceman vs Spider-man

Iceman is more powerful but like all heroes tend to hold back which could cost him the fight.Simply put Iceman would win if he fought seriously and didn't hold back.

Taskmaster vs Deathstroke -- TM can copy any move that's within his human physical ability, but DM's above human. He's stronger, faster, brain works more quickly. TM loses.

Flash vs Wonder Woman -- poor WW keeps getting her ass stomped in these matches and this one's no different. Can't hit what you can't lay a hand on and Flash has far more ways to take Diana out than she does him.

Spider-Man vs Ice Man -- if we were going by modern super-duper Omega Ice Man, I don't see Spider-Man having much of a chance; Ice Man could freeze the very air in his vicinity and leave Spidey hanging frozen in mid-air. But iconic Ice Man doesn't stand -- and I've been waiting forever to use this line -- a snowball's chance in hell. Spidey for the win.

Marvel's Finest Part 2 -- Cap beats all, but he'd have his work cut out for him. Personally I think his closest competition on the list would be Iron Fist. I don't credit Wolverine with the kind of martial arts mastery most do; the guy always jumps in head-and-claws first. Where's the martial artistry in that? And healing ability has nothing to do with being choked out or knocked unconscious. But Cap's shield trumps IF's chi-strike, so it would come down to straight up skill vs skill, and Cap's the best h2h fighter in the MU and has beaten super-powered opponents even during times when his body lost the benefits of the SSS. He'd take some knocks I'm sure, but ultimately I think this is Cap's fight to lose.
