I do not like this new direction at all. They are pretty much taking away Superman's powers and what make's his character interesting (such as his values and ideals) and turning him into a grittier, more serious character just to attract more readers. Feels like the 1990s all over again.

I love the primes of this comic book and sounds interesting enough, but the art is awful. In fact that is probably the worst version of clark/ Kal-El I have ever seen.

Looks good, I like the artwork and the story sounded interesting.
One of the most interesting parts of Superman 2 was when he was de-powered, I can see them doing it in a MOS sequel.

Figured out what's wrong with today's comics (-I mean besides bad fan-fiction writing and "event-after-major-event" scripting...). BAD art. Where, in the pages presented here, is the heroics, MAGESTY of Superman?? Everything is so damned ugly it makes you want to claw your eyes out.
On top of that, no spotted BLACKS. Where are the shadows?? These pages look like coloring book pages!!
Did DC (-and Marvel, too, for that matter) fire all the art directors?? (If they've ever had them to begin with...)
These pages would have been rejected in the sixties. Guaranteed.
