Just announced by the IDW Publishing, a new Mini-Series will be released titled, The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Mutanimals. This comic will launch in February of 2015 and it’s written by Paul Allor and is drawn by Andy Kuhn. This team will consist of Old Hob, Slash, Mondo Gecko, Herman the Hermit Crab, and Pigeon Pete, many of which who appeared in previously published TMNT Comics. Paul Allor, had this to say about the miniseries, "IDW and all the creators involved have done an amazing job introducing the Mutanimals into this universe,” he then elaborates on why he think this is exciting and will be a success, ” It's very exciting to see them get their own mini-series, and an absolute honor to be the guy writing it, especially since it means working again with artist Andy Kuhn. Every TMNT tie-in and mini has offered the readers something new and awesome, and we hope to continue that streak on TMNT: Mutanimals."
