SPOILER! Joker will now get access to the Life Equation and will take on every DC hero in a new and world changer event titled 'The Eternal Joke'. In the end, he will become a hero and ressurect Damian Wayne.

Meh. I don't think this is the official return of The Joker. This comic is probably set in the future. And if I remember correctly, I believe Scott Snyder said he was working on a Return of Joker story where the Joker now officially hates Batman due to the ending of Death Of The Family (as all of us are aware, the Joker doesn't traditionally hate Batman). Can't wait for that. Death Of The Family was amazing.

You most definitely are correct, Snyder's got something planned for Mr. J, but this is the first time readers have seen him since Death of the Family. Hence 'return' in the headline.

@staypuffed OK, thanks. I haven't really been following the Futures End thing because the possible future thing hasn't really interested me that much. That's also why I haven't been following Justice League 3000. I am glad they introduced Batman Beyond in the New 52, though.
