The cover reveal for Wonder Woman #19 really is a "WTF" moment. The originally released single cover showed Diana about to lay the smackdown on Orion, but the full gatefold shows them engaged in..a different type of smackdown. Superman will not be happy!

The teaser for this issue reads: "What is the one way Wonder Woman can stop Orion?" Well, this'll do it!



Looking at the pleased expression on the face of one of the floating heads I'd hazard a guess that there's some type of mind control at work here perhaps -- or maybe Supes just ain't cutting it in the sack! We'll find out soon enough.

Wonder Woman takes place during the new 52 timeline, she's dating Kal in the Wonder Woman title. Action Comics is the only book out of the current timeline...but, like Superman's arch enemy being Jimmy Olsen's gatefold cover...

All April covers are April Fool jokes.


Also, it amuses me that Superman getting with Diana = Worst thing ever, Batman got with Diana = Best thing ever. Tools.
