No sooner has Batman’s former sidekick, Jason Todd, put his past as the Red Hood behind him than he finds himself cornered by a pair of modern day outlaws: Green Arrow’s rejected sidekick Arsenal, the damaged soldier of fortune, and the alien Starfire, a former prisoner of intergalactic war who won’t be chained again. As a loner, Jason has absolutely no interest in this motley crew of outlaws. So what’s he going to do when they choose the Red Hood as their leader? Find out in this hot new series from writer Scott Lobdell (WILDC.A.T.S, Uncanny X-Men), featuring art by rising star Kenneth Rocafort (ACTION COMICS)!

I wish dead characters would stay dead. That being said, I am interested to see where this goes. Violently opposed to Todd wearing the bat-logo, though. I really do hope Wayne teaches him a lesson for that.

I prefer his logo just were the R like in the hush saga. The R represents he was Robin and now he is Red hood

everyone, Lobdell said that Jason is wearing the bat symbol, to make a statement for Batman, cause he always thought he would be a better batman, not because he became "good", he is more "vigilante" than "superhero"

It is because he was in disguise as that fat guy in the blue. He never took off the pants that made him look fat.

@tricklove Through the power of the retcon. Cry for Justice never happened.

@ToughGrappler You're on the money, Scott said that when he was answering questions from the Comicvine community.

@hammersolo you just named two of the fringe characters that have been good. Which is true Swamp Thing and Animal Man, the fringe characters have been awesome but JL, Detective Comics, GA and some others have been underwhelming and shit. the Best Bat related book so far has been Batgirl(the only good thing about detective comics was the last page.) So some of the books have been great, whilst others have been shit. and you make it sound like DC fanboys are some kinda [frick]ing victims, when there not pretty sure you'll bash a marvel book despite how good might be.

Feel sorry for the Jason Todd character he got screwed by the fans and the writers. and can some one tell me how old the new DC verse is meant to be exactly.
