First up, a little update from Wodercon. It seems Lobo will be making his New 52 debut. We don't have any info except this tweet from DC..

"Lobo's back and he's nastier than ever" when he appears in upcoming issues of Deathstroke.
.

These snippets of info are only starting to filter through from Wondercon so expect plenty more very soon. Next, check out this awesome - if slightly disturbing - cover for a future issue of The Dark Knight by David Finch. The author of the issue in question, Gregg Hurwitz, posted it on his Facebook page..

Here's a funny one. Irish Actor/comedian Chris O'Dowd (Bridesmaids) will be appearing alongside Megan Fox (remember her?) in the upcoming movie Friends With Kids. Vulture quizzed him on Fox's very public falling out with her Transformers director Michael Bay which resulted in the actress being fired, and got the following response..

"I don't know the ins and outs of it but it's all down to having a fallout with Michael Bay. But who wouldn't have a fallout with him? It's one of the [most] sexist things I've ever seen. She called him an asshole. Well, he is a [frick]ing asshole. She's not the only one who has said that. Why has she been singled out?" But is O'Dowd concerned that by putting the powerful director on blast, he'll never be cast as "the funny-talker foreign guy" in one of Bay's movies? "I would never [frick]ing watch his films," says O'Dowd, "never mind go and act in them."

Next up, Fashionably Geek have some pics of this sexy (trashy? Both?) Wonder Woman style lingerie..

It's not available to order just yet, they are just gauging interest. Model will not be included with purchase I'm afraid. Finally here is an action packed clip for the upcoming Guy Pearce sci-fi flick Lockout. The movie looks absolutely ridiculous but I'm pretty sure that's what they are going for so it might be a fun watch. Via Live For Films..

When I was a kid, comics were still for kids. They seemed to grow up as i grew up, becoming more serious, more mature. A cover like this should be reserved for true horror comics.

Hmmm. Lockout may be pretty good, cheesy as all hell, but good. WW's sexy lady wear is kind of not so revealing as I imagined, Batman cover is sick, but it's no Capullo.

That blond hair girl looks gnarly. I feel like I can get herpes from just looking at her.

Cool Batman cover.

I don't know much about Lobo, but I intend to check the character out when I have time.

(Does anyone else find the drawing more attractive than the "model?")

I never got into Lobo. I'm curious what his New 52 redesign will look like though.

I was expecting the WW lingerie to be... better? I don't think any girls would feel sexy wearing that.

It's too bad Lobo's first appearance in the New 52 is going to suck, considering he's being written and drawn by Rob Liefeld.

I've never actually read anything with Lobo in it before. I was all excited thinking this would be a good chance to pick up a title with him and get into the character.

Then Checkmate had to go and remind me that Liefeld is taking over Deathstroke.

...siighh.... What could have been. Maybe I'll try to track down that stuff scurvydog mentioned

Also, Tea is my hero

Thanks SCURVYDOG619! When reading about a new character, I never know where to start. I don't want to buy a crappy story that doesn't do the character justice, then give up on him completely. Next time I am at the comic shop I will see if I can get those ordered.

I wonder if Lobo still has his red ring? If so; are he and Atrocitus engaged?
