Just got Avengers #1 but haven't had a chance to crack it open. Looks promising and that Variant with Hulk and Iron Man is Epic.

This book is going to be a slow start, but I got a feeling its going to knock our socks off! I just want to see Hyperion kick some heads in.

all new x-men is the best team book at the moment but we've had three issues of that comic,avengers has just started & it has so much potential it might even surpass all new x-men.

as awesome as this art is,i think thor god of thunder by esad ribic has the best artwork of all the marvel now titles.

I agree completely about all new xmen. great art great writing. I am kind of excited to see how wide captain America opens their ranks. Truly possibilities are endless.

@avengersleague Yeah, it starts out slow, but hickmans known to build up and leave little things in the beginning, that will explode in the end. I'm ready to see hyperion as well, issue 4 he's getting his own arc, cant wait.

Giant-Man aka Hank Pym -> Running the Avengers Academy
Ant-Man aka Scott Lang -> Running the FF
Ant-Man aka Eric o'Grady -> Dead, being impersonated by LMD

I also like the fact they are returning to a larger cast... I really enjoyed the smaller group that Bendis created with the New Avengers... but its been long enough that I think this is a good chance to give other characters a chance in the spotlight.

This, All-New X-Men, and Thor:God of Thunder are currently my favorite Now! books artwise...

Apparently Hickman has big plans for the future with this series and it looks like things are definitely going to go cosmic.

Haven't received my first issue yet of Avengers but I have a feeling that this will tie-in with All New X-Men and I love that book!

The Hulk hasn't been with the Avengers now for more than a handful of issues including Avengers Assemble, and I swear he has been turned against the team on at least 4 separate ocassions. Enough already! Can't these writers come up with something new for a change and isn't there an editor in charge of making sure this sort of thing doesn't happen? I know there used to be. It's the editors job to make sure writers don't use the same bit 4 times in 6 months. It was old the 2nd time around.
