Maybe you should put a spoiler warning and not post a paragraph with a huge spoiler on the main link page. Just sayin.

lol it says "EXTENDED PREVIEW" what exactly were you hoping to find if not spoilers?

I'm totally bummed Bucky's dead. But Steve back in the uniform should be good.

Have to agree with sexfoodcomics...really should have been a spoiler alert, whether it was an extended preview or not...and usually extended preview doesn't mean they tell you about a major character dying 4 issues down the road. (and btw, the preview didn't show Bucky dead...it was the very first sentence on the main page that told us Bucky was dead...way to go)

Fear Itself #3 (featuring the death of Bucky) came out 23 days ago. Repeating the fact that he's died, something which was actually reported on this site and many others at the time, three weeks after the issue went on sale isn't exactly a spoiler IMO.

Why would you spoil the death of a big character like that in the write-up? Some of us haven't read this yet.

The FAIL is strong with this one.

Regardless if Bucky died 23 days ago or not some people don't read big event series till they hit trades. I already read the issue he dies I'm just saying for other people , at least don't put it in the first paragraph of the main page.

Itbegins: You have nailed the exact reason I'm so disgusted with Marvel anymore. After all these years, someone finally has a brilliant way to resurrect one of comics' most unresurrectable characters. Not only did Brubaker find a way to do it, the story was one of the finest Captain America stories I've ever read (and I've got hundreds of them). Now, all that is pitched in the trash to cover up the editors' mistake. I don't know what is supposed to cure zombies, but Marvel has cured this old Marvel Zombie (you old-schoolers know what I'm talking about- for others, check the urban dictionary).

You are so disgusted ANYMORE?

NOOOOO! Please come back from that ledge!

Buckey will be back next month on the 22nd!

That way you don't need to be ANYMORE, well ...

... anymore :)

@tea - Oh shit! Vader is Luke's dad? Damnit! I'm tired of all you mother [frick]ers and your damn spoliers! :D

@DeathAdder - LOL! I hope you're joking.

this shoulda happened right after Cap's REBORN. They shoulda have Bucky returned Cap's ID to Steve right there and then, instead of after he got killed. Winter Soldier's a pretty cool super hero ID.

DeathAdder, in the ultimate marvel universe Nick fury is black, in the normal marvel universe, nick is white.

Wow so they killed off the character Bucky....for a second time...LOL Jesus.

What was the point of bringing him back? They couldn't write a good way for him to hand the mantle back to Steve Rogers without dying again? Lame.

Bucky never should have been brought back to begin with.

I've always thought that and I'll continue to think that.

Very disappointing. I bought the first 3 issues and they are so boring and slow moving.
The only interesting part was when they killed Bucky which Im not happy about cuz I liked him and it was such a huge deal to bring him back.
Fail.

1) You spoiled the Hell out of the fact Bucky's dead. Although...

2) Saw it coming the second Steve gave him the shield. It was like a kiss of death considering he had a movie coming up shortly.

3) What was the point of bringing him back?

Never cared for Bucky Cap myself, but he also didn't have much of a chance to grow on me.

So Buckys dead....again...Ermmm...so I guess Steves point of leaving Bucky in the mantle of captain america to save his life was a pointless effort...

Ah well...that shot of Steve back in costume is awesome...really loving the artwork on Fear Itself!!!
