Hickman's Avengers is like reading a tax law text book:

a soulless experience.

Hmm where did i see a scene similar to that one, where Captain America has his memory erased?

Oh yes, DC´s "IDENTITY CRISIS", in which the group erase Batman´s memory!

Marvel though we wouldn´t notice...but we did!

I LOVE RIBICS WORK BUT EVERYONE ON THE 1ST COVER HAS THE SAME FACIAL EXPRESSION. STRANGE

LOOKS LIKE THE MOVIE THOR MAKES AN APPEARANCE ON THE SECOND COVER. LOOKS GOOD

AND THATS A KICK ASS X-MEN #1 STYLE AVENGERS COVER. WELL DONE.

I recommend Hickman's run on both Avengers and New Avengers. His stuff is dense but it pays off. Plus it's cool to see the Avengers doing bad-ass stuff instead of sitting around the dinner table talking all issue.

Also, Uncanny Avengers is the most Avengers-y book of them all right now. Probably because it has Wasp, Scarlet Witch, and Wonder Man. I kinda wish someone would put the classic team together again. Cap, Iron Man, Wasp, Hank Pym, Hawkeye, Vision, and I gots to have some Beast.
