COMICS: Frank Cho Gets SAVAGE For Marvel NOW! In January

Marvel has begun releasing a new batch of one word teasers for their upcoming series of NOW! titles. We have very little info on this one aside from the teaser image and writer, but I think the three claw marks should give a little hint..

So unless this is some type of red herring, it seems Cho will be taking writing duties on a new Wolverine book early next year. "Savage" isn't exactly a word we'd use to describe Logan in the current Marvel climate, but could this be hinting at a return to his berserker ways? Only time will tell. We'll update with any more info as it comes in.

I know this may sound dumb and that it's kinda obvious it's Wolverine, but you can't forget a possible Sabretooth...

earzmundo might be right about Erista.I just looked him up and he would definitely fit in with this teaser. Whatever it is, it'll probably have something to do with him in some shape or form.

Bleeding Cool has been reporting since March that Cho would be on the Wolverine book. So, it's most likely that.

I liked Frank Cho's University Squared, and I loved the book that evolved into with Liberty Meadows. Haven't really liked anything else he's done, but, eh, to each their own.

Hopefully Daken will not be used again because he's a pathetic character..creators need to stop watering down Wolverine with countless others who mimic his abilities..it's annoying as hell.

Frank Cho art is pure gold.
