Such a badass suit. I hope they use it in the movies.

Haven't read this series, but I'm a big fan of the suit, the artwork, the cover designs, the whole art deco look they went for

I love that suit. I havent been reading this series but i'm surprised to find out that The Mandarin died.

They did use it in the movies, but with a traditional color palette. It's practically a dead ringer.

I like that suit a lot, that's got to be the look for Stark in AOU. But i will they will even top that, i'm sure Whedon wants to update Stark appearance in the movie and get rid of that "old school" look. Mark 42 modern/stronger version is good to start with.

suit always remineds me of MainFrame.

ComicBookGoth - That's why I didn't like the suit at first but have grown to like it.

I think the reference to mainframe was the point...I don't think they ever explained where the hell he came from beyond being a sentient iron man suit.

secondly, looks TOO much like the movie version in my opinion. Let's go back to the extremis or the red and gold godkiller they were interesting.

I wonder how "active" his brother will be now in the comics.... Maybe somehow bring him into the Illuminati. They could always use another super smarty on the team.

still not use to the black and gold but its better than the spicy brown mustard im3 suit

It'd be badass if they used the Bleeding Edge armor as the concept but with the Model 42 armor color scheme in AOU.

The black suit is a plot device. If you read Cable's X-Sanction and Marvel Now Point One, then you know that particular suit will shame the Iron Man legacy.

@ CampBlood "spicy brown mustard im3 suit" - that made me laugh.

I'm more of a fan of the traditional color scheme. I don't mind the black so much but it makes the gold looks weird. I say go back to red and gold

That is some of the worst written, most painful to read dialogue I've read in a Marvel comic in quite some time.
