Cage has the fighting skill but Beast over powers him and is crazy smart!

Not to sound disrespectful, but GraphicCity is right. I went over & checked it out & while it has been updated, it's still pretty whacked. They have Ultimate Peter Parker @ 7 for strength level. That not only conflicts with what was exhibited in the comics, especially when compared to his stronger amazing spider-man counterpart (who was only given a 4) but it also makes him stronger than Iron Man.

I use the Marvel wikia, people on there tend to keep their info straight. It lists Cage at 25 tons, and Beast around 10 tons, which sounds about right (Cage lifted an 18 wheeler and walked around with it in the New Avengers a few months back). They have equal fighting skill, Beast is way smarter (naturally) and Cage is way more tough (naturally). I love them both, but Beast is Marvel's version of Batman with Spider-Man level stats. Beast gets the edge, and Cage no longer considers me a brotha :(

That's just because writers make shit up as they go along, which is fine, but if we have to go on something predetermined there isn't anything else to reference.

You never go by Stats, you go by Feats. It doesn't matter what writer comes along, if it's Canon 616 there feats match up.

Cage is a Class 25 with 30+ ton Feats. His Durability is enough for him to survive against much stronger opponents.

Beast is a class 10. His feats would imply he is in the 10ton range.

Cage Has the Advantage in Strength, Durability and Combat Skill.

Beast has the advantage in Speed, Agility, Battle Tactics, and overall intelligence.

It can go either way. Good match!

have to agree with what many others saying. cage might be stronger and more durable than beast (by only a little) but beast has intelligence on his side. one factor that should never be taken lightly

Tough battle. Cage is impervious to the sharpest of blades and has a little better healing abilities than Beast. More powerful. Beast is more intelligent. I am just not sure Beast can hurt Cage, whereas Cage can hurt Beast. Best matchup so far if you ask me.

Luke Cage is in the 25 ton range and he's been that was for most of the 2000's.

Being cut isn't the same as having your brains knocked in.

Last I checked Luke still has a human's brain and isn't fast enough to dodge numerous punches and kicks to the grill. Eventually that brain will turn to putty.

But this is non-comic logic.

TGDSG@ There are other stories going on, but this is a special arc going on in addition to the other stories. It's called doing something different to mix things up. ..and other comics have NEVER had "this guy vs. this guy" stories Superman vs. Captain Marvel, for example.
