The awesomely talented comic book artist, Chris Samnee (rhymes with Omni) takes us inside his process for finishing a page on Ultimate Spider-Man. His art on the title will debut in Issue #6.
11:57 AM - Here's the very first
Tweet from Sam.
12:20 AM - And here's the next
update Sam posted. Pencils are looking tight! (Figuratively speaking.)
1:03 AM - In the next
update, we see things are starting to come together now.
1:12 AM - Chris had to take a
break to deal with his small, infant offspring.
2:14 AM - With the women in the house tucked in, it was time to
resume work!
2:56 AM -
Next, Chris laid in all of the black in Spidey's suit. Then he had to wait for all the ink to dry.
4:41 AM -
Here, Chris thought he better slow down and take his time on the buildings.
5:17 AM - So close to the
finish line.
6:31AM - Now we see the
finished product. Well Chris' part is done anyway, it still needs to be colored. But it looks awesome "as is" in my book.
