So Bucky is dead....

Until Captain America 2 in 2014.

Thor is dead...

Until Thor 2 in 2013z

Iron Man drinks... Again...

And Hulk and Banner are separate... Again...

Yawn. Yawn and double yawn. Can they atleast pretend to do something that next years event won't retcon, ignore or rule out? I'm seriously tired of marvels big summer even always "changing the mcu forever" when all they ever do is rehash the same old garbage.

I used to read 6 to 8 marvel titles, civil war got me hooked because it was a sweet concept, today I read 1 title. Daken, and as much as I love the character, taking Way off that book was an awful idea.

I may not be enthusiastic about what DC is doing... But when I read Green Lantern I don't get the sneaking suspicion this story line already happened six other times in Hals past.

I wonder if Thor is exiled or something. Maybe it's the saga of Donald Blake as he battles the nation's medicare problems. lol Unless thats like Jotunheim he's walking through. Poor Thor, cold and alone.

Loki! I like this kid. I don't want him to turn completely into his old self again. I like this version of him straddling the fence on what is right and wrong and what "taking things too far" means and looks like. He's a smart kid and sometimes seeing beyond classic virtue to understand necessity is a silent curse.

Hulk versus Sharks looks epic. Especially since he's going so far as to kick the inside of the shark's throat. Or am I reading that image wrong?

Tanarus! Should be in his own mini, not stealing Thor's cover-although it is of note that the book is still titled Thor. Still, I can't wait to explore Celtic mythology with this guy. . . . wait isn't Tanarus supposed to be a god associated with the 8-spoked wheel? What's with the cane? 'Tis an awesome cane none the less. Now all he needs is a pimp suit.

Ahah! Thor may be out of the Avengers for now but come on! Someone please put Kid Loki on the Young Avengers team! Wiccan and Loki need a rivalry. And it could give us a chance to see two very different sides to magic. Although I don't know where those kids will be post Fear Itself.

Has there been an official statement that Thor is dead? I haven't seen it. Wouldn't they be holding a wake for him too? He doesn't look dead to me. And the Tanarus cover issue still has Thor's name on it. Where are people getting this information about Thor's death?

I am really interested in the Hulk story. The two characters separated hasn't happened in a long time and it will be interesting to see how they deal with it now, after so much has happened, having this second chance to each have separate lives. The last time this happened they suffered molecular breakdown and re-mergence brought the grey Hulk back. Somehow, I don't think thats where they are going with this one.

The Hulk one is cool, but I don't like how it is colored and how it isn't inked. I know it's the style, but I don't like it like that. That being said, the pencils are awesome and so is the idea.

I want The Serpent to beat Odin. I want Asgard to be a dark dangerous place for a while. Like DC’s Warworld or Apokolips.

An Evil All Father. Asgard, the eternal realm, now a place of shadowy horrors. Thor in a Coma, his hammer lost. A Celtic God of Thunder taking the reins to defend earth.

That is the direction I hope this takes

Didn’t the earth god pantheons just travel to the skrull homeworld and kill/enslave all the skrull gods during the secret invasion?

@ SamHell

Zeus just beat the Hell from Hulk in a one sided slugfest where the Hulk lost gallons of blood and was over all humiliated by Zeus. Then Zeus screwed up Hulks healing factor with his magic and chained him to a rock in the desert, and had magic vultures eat the Hulk’s flesh for days only allowing him to heal enough to keep him alive. And there he stayed till Hercules rescued him.
