that is some nice artwork, the expanded roster is good but it does seem like everyone in the marvel universe is an avenger.

i don't think wolverine,rogue,havok,spider-man,daredevil or the thing should be.

@marvel72, Yeah, pretty much. I think the X-Men should just stay as X-Men and some heroes should just be solo.

@ marauder

exactly, wolverine comes across now as a traitor to his own kind(mutants)especially during AvX & has become so domesticated that he has lost what made him great in the 80s.

@ paragon79

there have been five versions of hyperion, two villains two heroes & a zombie version.

been a member of squadron sinister, squadron supreme & thunderbolts.

hyperion has battled the avengers, the hulk & the defenders over the years.

Not the same Hyperion. This is a totally new character from yet another alternate universe.

@marvel72 I don't mind too much that there are a bunch of Avenger/X-Men right now. Eventually everyone will gravitate back to their own team.

And it's more like there are 4 main groups in Marvel now. Avengers, X-Men, Future Foundation Members, and Everyone else you could basically stick in a Marvel Knights title (Moon Knight, Ghost Rider, Red She-Hulk, The current Thunderbolts Team, ppl like that).

The artwork is great, but I'm not liking the stories or the expanded roster. There's too many characters, plus the addition of new characters. Also, I liked when the Avengers were fighting on Earth. Maybe I'm stuck in my old ways, but I liked the old way of writing the Avengers. If this is what Marvel really wanted, they should start a different line of Space Avengers. I'll read on for a few more, but if things don't change I'm likely dropping this comic.
