This particular "Avengers" series has a rather interesting concept and it has been moving workman-like numbers since its launch back in February. Check out the title synopsis and preview for issue #5.

"S.H.I.E.L.D. (Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement, And Logistics Division) is an international peacekeeping agency whose purpose is to intercept and disarm any and all global threats. The Secret Avengers are a new black-ops team of specially recruited heroes tasked with missions S.H.I.E.L.D. deems to sensitive and dangerous to handle in the open. After each operation, all mission intelligence is wiped from their memories.

A.I.M. (Advanced Idea Mechanics), under the protection of their newly acquired diplomatic immunity as the Independent Island Nation of Barbuda, recently stole the Iron Patriot technology from the United States. Using the psychic capabilities of Mentallo to control them, mass-produced Iron Patriots attacked American targets indiscriminately, and in response S.H.I.E.L.D. sent in the Hulk as a Secret Avenger operative to destroy them. Meanwhile, S.H.I.E.L.D. director Daisy Johnson gave Agents Black Widow, Mockingbird, Hawkeye and Nick Fury Jr. clearance for their latest mission: Assasinate A.I.M. Scientist Supreme, Andrew Forson."

I wonder what it's like for Maria Hill to be taking orders from a Superior that's like what, a decade younger than her at the very least?

I love that team. Four field agents with no particular superpower, a tactical support, and... The Hulk. And they only have Hulk on hand because Bruce Banner offered them a deal.
