this book is SO much better when Ramos isn't on it...and the Goblin Wars arc has been pretty good.

Is the number 23 thing a reference to Venture Bros. since the main two henchman were 21 and 24. Either way this seems like a pretty cool storyline and a good end to Otto as Peter Parker.

Camuncoli's artwork has really tightened up. I guess that's what we get when he isn't penciling three books a month.

Camuncoli's good. I've been a fan of his stuff since his work on Hellblazer.

Why couldn't the art be like this during the majority of the run?

Nice art for the most part but why does Peter Parker loose his nose once he puts on the Spider-man mask?

I have a Spidey mask. It tends to flatten the nose when you put it on.

For as much flak as this arc has gotten, Green Goblin was such a great choice to bring it burning to the ground.

Note to Sony. This is what the Green Goblin looks like. You have had three chances to get it right so far and failed each time. At least Spider-Man had the flavor of it with Norman's mask even though it had a fixed face. Dane DeHahn's (sp?) looks little different than Franco's look in Spider-Man 3 and that was not good. I could forgive if it is an excellent performance. I was disappointed with Heath Ledger's Joker look until I saw the movie. I (being a purist) still would have preferred a more comic book look for his Joker, but with his performance and the overall movie, I could deal.

I don't think the studio has confirmed that DeHaan will be be the Green Goblin, just that he's A goblin.
And I honestly much prefer the Ultimate version of Green Goblin where he mutates himself rather than puts on a silly Halloween costume. It just makes so much more sense in context of the story.

I still don't think that's Norman under the mask. I think it's Norman's son Gabriel, and the new Menace is his daughter Sarah.

It might still turn out to be Norman, knowing how clumsy Slott writes. He still hasn't explained how Norman was moved from the Raft to the University Hospital. What woke the coma patients? Where is Otto's corpse?

It's actually OZZY Osborn under that mask. He's going to kick off the new story-arc: The Delirious and Drug-Addled Spider-Man.
