Marvel has provided CBR with the following variant cover to Avengers VS X-Men #11, and as you can see it depicts two, normally a lot more chummy, members of the X-Men - and more recently the "Phoenix five" - at each other's throats. The thing is, this is accompanied by a one-word solicitation description: "Fatality!" Could this be the end for one of these major characters? Don't worry, even if it is they'll be back in a few months.

I really hope they don't kill Cyclops. I'm hoping he goes crazy, declares war on all humans, and becomes his own Dr. Doom style dictator of Utopia. I'd rather have a supervillian or an anti-hero Cyke, than none at all.

He's been the leader of the X-Men forever! Maybe, he just needs a new direction to go in after all this time...
