RUMOR: Marvel Is Reportedly Considering A WHITE TIGER TV Series For Netflix

Take this one with a grain of salt, but a new rumor suggests that marvel has shot 4 "pilot shorts" for consideration as future Netflix shows, and one of them was White Tiger. More details past the jump...

Could White Tiger join the likes of Jessica Jones and Daredevil as a future Netflix Marvel TV project? According to Bleeding Cool's sources, Marvel has wrapped production on four pilot shorts which are to be put forward as possibilities for Netflix shows somewhere down the line.

Three remain a mystery, but one is apparently based around La Tigresa Blanca - the Angela Del Toro incarnation of the character, who was an ex-FBI agent and niece of the original White Tiger. Del Toro was eventually corrupted by The Hand is is currently a villain in the comics, so that arc could certainly make for intriguing television.

Again, this is just a rumor so don't read too much into it for the moment - but would a White Tiger Netflix show be something you'd like to see?

Bringing out more Marvel Netflix shows are always welcome. Hopefully one of the other shows will be Moon Knight or the Runaways.

Sh!t man. Sorry about that. I just really want a Moon Knight show. And actually, a White Tiger show could be cool too. But I would really like to see Moon Knight next.

This rumour is bs. 1) Netflix don't require pilots to green light shows, especially not from marvel. 2) the dark defenders tone would not fit this , it makes more sense to keep it on reserve in case Cloak & Dagger succeeds on freeform and they end up wanting another show.

The deity and Angela have an agreement to let him control her body and “hunt” one day out of every month. This kind of story would allow Marvel to explore other corners of the spirit world that they’ll no doubt be setting up in Doctor Strange, but also gives them the chance to tell the story of a hero “not in control.”
