Yesterday, via Facebook, Robert Downey Jr. promised fans a surprise.  Many speculated it would be a teaser or trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron, or perhaps some Iron Man 4 news. 

Unfortunately, this is not the case.  RDJ took to Facebook to share this new trailer for his upcoming film The Judge, co-starring fellow Marvel Alum Vincent D'Onofrio who will play the Kingpin in the upcoming Daredevil Netflix exclusive series.

The Judge is an upcoming American comedy-drama film directed by David Dobkin. The film stars Robert Downey, Jr.,Robert Duvall, Vera Farmiga, Vincent D'Onofrio, Dax Shepard, Jeremy Strong, Sarah Lancaster, and Billy Bob Thornton. The film is scheduled to be released on October 10, 2014 in the United States.
