Hi, Hello, Greeting & Hola. Welcome, to the Prelude here I will touch about some elements we will see in the upcoming multiple part editorial series we shall see in CBM.com, so let's get to it.

if you're here your life has been in one way or another been changed by comics, be it your moral code, your education/career choices or your personal look on the world as a whole. Our lives have also been touched and changed a little bit more than the usual person and now here's our story about how comics changed us.

We the aforementioned 3 are Doopie, Neihofft & DCGuy our fandom for comics have done a lot to us, from  changing the way we think, the way we act and the way we live, I mean you probably see the 3 mentioned in every article some way, but it's not about that these upcoming editorials are about how comics changed us more than the normal person, with the fact that we made an account on this site making us already part of the CBM online community we have gone beyond that because let's face it no one here can go a day without having something comic related pass their brain and create a few storm of ideas be it about a Comic related show, about a cinematic universe, a comic related game and everything in between. Bottom line is COMICS IS PART OF OUR LIVES.

As mentioned before the series will go into each person's life, I (DCGuy) am posting the articles but they are each written by the person who is the subject of the article, so what I am saying is Doopie wrote his and Neihofft wrote his and I wrote mine and that's it. Now please bare in mind like I said we are sharing personal and emotional things in this series so if we ate a letter, wrote it wrong or whatever, please don't focus on that but on the story and just enjoy it and appreciate how comics have changed someone like maybe they have you.

So we hope you fellow comic lover join us in reading our stories, Later today we will see the first entry in the series as we see Doopie's life, we hope that others will be inspired by us and that they also express how comic changed their lifes and if anyone thinks that comics are just a book well maybe they also can change and see how comics are just a way of life not just a bunch of papers or a digital file.

Enjoy the series and let your opinion be heard below on each entry. Thank you.

Great idea for an editorial. Seriously proof read it a few times. When it comes out it'll probably hit main.

@blackandyellow

Yeah, I think I remember a couple articles with the same premise. Did any of them have more than one user though?...can't remember. I think that's what makes the idea interesting if it hasn't been done before.

It doesn't matter if there's 1 person or 20 people, the premise is still the same.

Remeber @TheBoyWonder?

He had just published a book and was going on about his personal journey through college and how he's getting into the whole author jig. I liked his editorial. It was great. I've probably written too many personal editorials at this stage. Still, I'd be grand contributing to shit like this. I always tend to leave out the finer details.

I remember when Khan wrote an editorial about how comic books prevented him from killing himself. That was a helluva editorial.

Jesus, I'd forgotten about him! He used to get really pissed off when people posted a news article he already had posted and theirs got chosen over his.

It's always nice when you look in the comments and see some one making jokes about teen sucide...
