DEADPOOL Concept Art Reveals Alternate Designs For 'Negasonic Teenage Warhead'

Thanks to some concept designs from artist James Shaw, we can get an idea of how Brianna Hildebrand's Negasonic Teenage Warhead could have looked in Tim Miller's Deadpool movie...

Below are some pretty cool alternate designs for Negasonic Teenage Warhead, and as you can see she originally bore much more of a resemblance to her short-lived comic book counterpart.

Of course since the character was pretty much completely reinvented for Deadpool in regards to her mutant abilities etc, it obviously wasn't too big a deal to go with the distinctive shaved head and classic New Mutant-like costume actress Brianna Hildebrand sported in the movie.

Though not confirmed, Negasonic is expected to return with either a sullen silence or a mean comment for Deadpool 2.

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

Starring Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, T.J. Miller, Ed Skrein, Gina Carano, and Brianna Hildebrand, Deadpool is in theaters now. You can check out my review HERE.
