If the Merc With a Mouth wasn't satisfied with his size before, then he is now. Deadpool has become huge, well, a huge statue anyway. The marketing campaign for Tim Miller's Deadpool is one of the best, if not the best film marketing campaign of all time, and now that marketing campaign has found its way to Japan in the form of a giant statue.

The statue was unveiled at Osaka, Japan, and it will make its way all around the country. I'm pretty sure that Deadpool would be happy with the idea of his giant statue visiting Japan. Let's not forget, he is a huge fan of Hello Kitty.

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.
