Following the release of those new posters yesterday, we have yet another one-sheet for Eternals

This time, it comes our way from D-Box and teases what fans can expect from the movie's exploration of the Marvel Cinematic Universe's secret history. The Eternals have been on Earth for seven thousand years, while the Celestials' role in creating humanity likely goes back even further.

For those of you wondering what D-Box is, the company describes it as "[redefining] entertainment experiences with highly precise and immersive haptic technology that provides feedback to the entire body and that sparks the imagination through motion." Sounds pretty cool, right?

Disney and Marvel Studios are clearly looking to make Eternals available in as many formats as possible, and it's interesting to see what a difference the box office success of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings has made. After all, it wasn't too long ago Disney was moving towards streaming and seemingly sacrificing box office revenue in favour of Disney+'s $29.99 Premier Access.

Eternals is the MCU's latest team-up, and features a group of heroes from beyond the stars who had protected the Earth since the dawn of man. When the Deviants, long thought lost to history, mysteriously return, the Eternals are forced to reunite in order to defend humanity once again.

Chloé Zhao directs Eternals, and Kevin Feige and Nate Moore are the producers, with Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso and Kevin de la Noy serving as executive producers. The story is by Ryan Firpo & Matthew K. Firpo, and the screenplay is by Chloé Zhao and Patrick Burleigh.

The Marvel Studios movie stars Gemma Chan as Sersi, Richard Madden as Ikaris, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Lia McHugh as Sprite, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Barry Keoghan as Druig, Don Lee as Gilgamesh, Salma Hayek as Ajak, and Angelina Jolie as Thena.

Eternals is set to be released on November 5.

I have D-Box seats available at my local Cineplex/Silver City. You would think getting in a chair that rumbles and moves would be distracting but you can adjust how reactive you want the seats to be and it really does immerse you in the movie even more. Saw black panther and endgame in those seats, were super comfortable, didn't have to share an armrest or cupholder with anyone and we're positioned in my favorite rows. Tack onto that the theaters being ultra-AVX and Atmos it's pretty awesome. My other local theater has an IMAX screen so if I'm seeing something filmed a good chunk of in IMAX I can do that too.

@JustAChillFan - Thanks for the description. I saw Captain Marvel in either this or 4D (whatever they called it at the time) and it seemed the programmers were using every excuse to use the features on the seats, even when it didn't seem appropriate. This took me out the story several times.

@LSHF - I remember being on 4D experiences and having those exact complaints. D-Box I find is way better specifically because you can adjust the settings on how intense it is. On its lowest setting the seat moves very little to the point you can honestly not tell at times, on the highest you can get thrown around a little lmao.

@JustAChillFan - That's good to know. I may give it a try soon. Thanks.

Hopefully it gives insight on the creation of Mutants.

@ModHaterSLADE - But if it does how would they explain why the mutants did not interfere during everything that has happened so far? How would an organization like SHIELD not know about them? They can't use the same type of lame excuse (because the Celestials prohibited them) twice. There is no way for example that someone like Wolverine wouldn't get some attention to himself or that every mutant out there would be able to conceil their powers this long. To me they should go for the multiverse route.

No, it sounds pretty vague, and if you are wanting some of us to spend more money on tickets, we will need more than that hyped-up description. Seriously. Give us a break and tell us what it actually is, instead of us having do our own research.

@LSHF - that's literally what it is. There's tons of them by me. They provide haptic feedback and slight movement

Pretty pathetic they are retconning things already in mass. Which started in Captain Marvel.

@MitcHendricks - What did Captain Marvel retcon? I’m genuinely asking because I don’t remember that happening.

Digging the Kirby-esque visuals. Wish they would have leaned more into this style for marketing and merch
