Two months after the release of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Marvel Studios is back in a big way with the grand debut of their latest epic blockbuster, Eternals, which will introduce a whole new set of incredibly powerful heroes and villains to the greater Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Director Chloé Zhao and her entire cast of Gemma Chan (Sersi), Richard Madden (Ikaris), Kumail Nanjiani (Kingo), Lia McHugh (Sprite), Brian Tyree Henry (Phastos), Lauren Ridloff (Makkari), Barry Keoghan (Druig), Don Lee (Gilgamesh), Gil Birmingham, Harish Patel (Karun), Kit Harington (Dane Whitman), Salma Hayek (Ajak), and Angelina Jolie (Thena) are all expected to be in attendance alongside screenwriters Patrick Burleigh, Ryan Firpo, and Matthew K. Firpo.
Plus, as always, be sure to keep an eye out for Marvel Studios head honcho Kevin Feige as well as other familiar faces, including stars from some of upcoming theatrical and Disney+ titles, some of whom may be willing to drop a spoiler or two.
“Eternals” follows a group of heroes from beyond the stars who had protected the Earth since the dawn of man. When monstrous creatures called the Deviants, long thought lost to history, mysteriously return, the Eternals are forced to reunite in order to defend humanity once again.
