What make's a good president? Good looks? If she looks like Powergirl, maybe, but generally it qualifications. Is the candidate a proven businessperson,or does he/she have executive experience or perhaps a military background, which impresses the voter. If it's business savvy, maybe Bruce Wayne, Tony Stark or Ollie Queen, all proven industrialists may be the best choice.
Executive experience? Diana of Themyscira ,Namor, Black Bolt of the Inhumans, T'challa of Wakanda,or if you think a villain would do just as well, how about Darkseid or Victor Von Doom.
Military experience means more than battlefield meddle, it espouses discipline, self-control, order and patriotism.
Steve Rodgers, Nick Fury, Doc Savage, Cable or James Howlett might be what we need.
