Ager's Phase 4 Character Arcs

While most here have already been mentioned to be a part of the MCU, some, IMO, should be

Illuminati
- (Seeing a part of the original chapter we were not yet privy to at the time) (presented as an end-credits scene) Hawkeye, Dr Strange, Hank Pym and Namor meet in Wakanda, in the aftermath of the Chitari War that ravaged Earth. Hawkeye highlights the fact that, had numerous heroes gathered together to share their knowledge and strengths,  they could have prevented the war had they been combined, as well as the fact that Earth’s heroes are the only defense against an attack on that scale. From this, he concludes that a representative body, similar to the UN, be established amongst the heroes. The others in attendance debate the effectiveness of such a body, pointing out issues of trust amongst heroes and the bureaucracy that would result; however, most agree that continued secret meetings such as this one could help deal with larger threats in the future. All agree to this except T'Chaka, who takes issue with their self-righteous attitudes and predicts disaster when they disagree. Dr Strange speaks up. If we are going to gather on occasion, than we should know of, and understand every threat to our planet. I will consult a friend of mine with whom I studied abroad. He is a professor of genetics. His name is Charles Xavier. (At the end of Phase 4, setting up the stage for Phase 5)

Dr Strange
- Will continue to have his own adventures and eventually look to pass the SUPREME title to another. Wanda, Enchanteress, Loki, Mephisto, Mandarin, Nightmare, Voodoo and Mordo will all look to take that spot as Strange becomes the new Ancient One.

Namor
- Playing both villain and hero, Namor will become the glue of the MCU. A fighter from WWII, a king who deals with other royal figures, a ruler of a very advanced civilization, a her I and a villain and, yes, a mutant

Black Panther
- Part-time Avenger, BP will become the new fan favorite of the MCU

Winter Soldier
- deceased. Never makes it out of Wakanda

Mandarin
- give us the REAL one and pit him and the 10 Rings against Stark's SHIELD. He can also become an enemy of Dr Strange, Scarlet Witch or the entire Illuminati.

Mephisto
- Mephisto is a multi tasker. He can manipulate the lesser heroes while going toe to toe with the powerhouses. He can also be on the big screen MCU or the small screen MNU (Marvel Netflix Universe). He can be a galaxy-spanning villain, street-level baddie or one which needs the dispatch of an entire team--Defenders, Guardians, Illuminati...

Spider-Man
- If Namor is the puzzle piece that's connects the entire MCU and BP is the runaway favorite, than Spidey is the Iron Man of P4 in that he is the over-lapping hero. I can't wait to see what they do here! I wouldn't mind the totem-twist with Ezekiel, but it's not a must for me. I just feel it's completely different from what we've seen from the on-screen walk-crawler up this point and would feel fresh. Even Puma, which would be very fresh, could be used as an anti-villain

Angela
- Earlier,  I mentioned Thor's sacrifice (with Sif, if they don't bring in Balder, becoming Asgard's new ruler). Bring in Angela by adapting her Marvel story almost identically. She won't be an Avenger but she could be a GotG or stay solo.
