Previously, I did a fanfic of a possible comic one-shot or animated movie, called Friday the 13th: The Darkest Knight; a Batman versus Jason story.

Here is the link = http://www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/NewsGhost/news/?a=21670

NOTE: THIS ONE WILL NOT MAKE SENSE UNLESS YOU READ THE PREVIOUS ONE. FOR THOSE WHO CHOOSE NOT TO READ IT:

*Freddy has entered the DC Universe via Jason. Before Jason Voorhees was ressurected in the DC Universe, Freddy was barely able to manifest himself.
*This is meant to be read as a Plot Summary, like you find on Wikipedia. This makes it easy for everybody to understand.

This one is called:

A Nightmare in Gotham: Part 1 -- Emissary of Darkness

The story starts directly after “The Darkest Knight”, and shows us Harley lying face-down dead in the warehouse, when Freddy supposedly showed up to reveal himself as The Shaman. However, the scenery changes from the warehouse to Freddy's nightmare scenery (boilers, catwalks, etc). This shows us that Harley actually fainted when Joker was dragged into Hell, and Freddy killed her during a dream.

Freddy, thinking to himself, basks in his glory and says, “Now that those two are gone, I can finally enter this world while disguised as this Shaman. Thanks to Harley's suicide, she's given me the power necessary to walk among them, but little more.” (These lines can be changed to fit Freddy's personality, I’m going for just the general Wikipedia-ish outline here).

Freddy decides to make the warehouse his “lair” of sorts, since it is already abandoned. He disposes of Harley's body in a nearby sewer after stripping her of her clothes. Whereas her body was once only wounded from his claws, the next scene shows Harley's body in a plastic body bag, mangled and bloody but the plastic bag blurs the image. This is to imply that Freddy may have sexually assaulted her or further wrecked her corpse. Harley's body is never recovered, and she is forgotten by Gotham as far as this timeline is concerned. Next, Freddy leaves the warehouse, disguised in a black cloak and wearing a black hockey mask to mock Jason. (Before, he only relied on the darkness of the hood to mask his face, but now he is required to venture beyond the company of The Joker.)

Freddy travels amongst the grimier parts of Gotham, in search of someone who may be his emissary. He passes gangs of thugs who jeer at him, whores that try to tempt him, and some private clubs with intimidating bouncers, but none of these are what he is looking for. When he walks into a dark alley, he at last finds Two-Face in the middle of interrogating a young woman. Freddy is excited when he sees Harvey's scarred face, but finds him to be most interesting when he turns around completely, and Freddy can see that only half of his face is burned. Two-Face immediately becomes hostile to Freddy,
“What the hell are you?! The Grim Reaper?” in a macho kind of way.
“No, but I’m close!” Freddy replies as he kills the young girl with his clawed hand.

This is when Two-Face seals his opinion of Freddy, and decides that he likes him. Two-Face shows him his coin that he uses to decide fate. Freddy takes a liking to him, and proposes to him the possibility of them teaming up to take out Batman. Two-Face agrees to help him, but requests that he learn more about him before he trusts him.
Freddy tells him, “I won't lie to ya sonny boy! You can call me Freddy Krueger, the Dream Master!”
To which he replies, “And what do you do, Dream Master?”

Freddy swipes his claw to right under Two-Face's chin, the pointer finger claw touching his chin, and tells him he invades dreams and kills his victims in their dreams, and that he feeds on their fear. Ironically, Two-Face is reluctant to join up with Freddy because he appears to be insane, and his claims are most unrealistic. So Two-Face gives him the familiar treatment, and says,
“Heads, I join you. Tails, I swipe that dumb mask off your face and I shoot you.”

Freddy is not the least bit worried, and his worry fades away when Two-Face gets Heads. With a evil grin, Two-Face and Freddy join forces.

During the weeks afterward, numerous Freddy style murders take place across Gotham, and the terror seems like it spread from the slums and branches out into the better side of the city. Freddy has begun his killing spree by spreading fear again.

Two-Face has offered Freddy Krueger safety in a hideout of his. Freddy sits on a makeshift throne in this hideout (the location is not yet revealed), while Two-Face goes out in Freddy's name and spreads the word about his greatness, while making a few kills of his own. All the while, the murders are giving Freddy more and more power as he sits on his throne. It's not long before Batman hears about this, but Batman fears he may be dealing with Jason again, albeit he knows he saw him being dragged to Hell along with Joker. Batman follows the trail of murders again, but to no avail, and his search eventually leads him back to the drawing board.

One night, while searching desperately (the thugs are too scared to talk about it, especially since none of them know Freddy is behind it all), Batman witnesses a gang attempt a gang rape on a young woman. When Batman prepares to intervene, he is forced to withdraw his attack as Two-Face appears from the darkness like an angel of death. The thugs are scared out of their minds. Batman watches as Two-Face approaches them with confidence.
“Hello ladies, care to dance?” Two-Face asks them smugly.

He raises his hands, as if he may be holding guns, but he just pulls out his coin. Batman is on the edge of his seat, and Two-Face tells them the same deal: Heads they live, Tails they die. Batman intervenes and batarangs the coin out of the air. Two-Face is infuriated, and howls in anger as Batman quickly dispatches the thugs.
“What are you doing here Harvey?!”
To which Harvey replies, “I'm doing the Lord's work, Batman.” Referring to Freddy as “Lord”. Batman is amazed when Two-Face beckons his coin to him, and it floats to his hand. Stunned, Batman watches as he flips the coin, and it lands on Tails. Two-Face raises his palm and shoots what looks like an energy beam at him, but Batman dodges it. Almost too easily, he uses another batarang to attack Two-Face. The attack knocks him down, and Batman lands on him and finishes the attack with a K.O. Punch to the face. Upon examination of his face, Batman notices significant corruption to the other side of Harvey's face (a result of Freddy's corruption).

Putting the clues together, it becomes evident to Batman that Two-Face gained his powers from another source and has been using them to murder. Batman hands Harvey back over to Arkham Asylum, where the doctors keep him under anesthesia, so he cannot wake up.

Later, Batman hears from Commissioner Gordon that the name of one, “Freddy Krueger”, has popped up in an interrogation. Meanwhile, Freddy on his throne has felt the loss of Two-Face as his emissary, and he is already feeling the fear of his name begin to dissipate. Two-Face dies in his sleep, of “unknown causes”, and his coin has been mysteriously replaced with a coin bearing the visage of what the doctors said, “looked like a burned corpse with a grin”.

Meanwhile, Scarecrow has also been keeping tabs on the recent activity. He is talking to an unnamed shadowy figure, whom we are to assume is his spy due to their conversation.
“Mr. Slade, have you found the Dream Master?”
