Gladiator
Gladiator has class 100 strength, allowing him to lift (press) at least 100 tons, although his exact limits are unknown. His strength rivals those of known powerhouses such as Thor, Hercules, and the Hulk. His strength has proven sufficient for him to lift the entire 35 floor Baxter Building which weighs approximately 122,000 tons; he has even boasted that he has the strength to move planets, although this has yet to be proven.Gladiator is capable of running and moving at speeds vastly greater than even the finest human athlete. While the exact limit of his speed is unknown, he is able to move considerably faster than the Speed of Sound, which is roughly 770 miles per hour. However, Gladiator rarely uses his superhuman speed while not in flight. Gladiator possesses extraordinary physical stamina. His muscles generate considerably less fatigue toxins than the musculature of human beings. He can exert himself at peak capacity for several weeks before fatigue begins to affect him. Gladiator's natural balance, agility, and body coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of even the finest human athlete. Gladiator's reflexes are similarly heightened and are superior to those of the finest human athlete. Gladiator's body possesses a high degree of resistance to physical injury as well as a bio-aura. He can withstand high caliber bullets, powerful concussive blasts, falls from tremendous heights without sustaining injury. Gladiator can withstand temperatures approaching that of a supernova and can survive in the vacuum of space indefinitely. Gladiator is able to generate gravitons that enable him to fly. Gladiator's speed rivals those of the fastest known starships, and can achieve faster than light speeds in hyperspace. He can see multiple wavelengths of the electromagnetic spectrum. Gladiator also has microscopic vision that allows him to see beyond the sub atomic barrier. Though not hinted at previous stories, "Uncanny X-Men" #479 (December, 2006) depicts him as several centuries old. A flashback to a centuries-old battle between the founding members of the Imperial Guard and a Phoenix host called Rook'shir was depicted. Gladiator, Magic, Mentor and Quasar are depicted among the founders.
Gladiator has the ability to draw in large amounts of air and is able to create a gale force wind. Gladiator is capable of firing highly concentrated beams of energy from his eyes. The maximum heat these beams can reach is unknown; it is said that they can reach temperatures comparable to those produced by stars. They are capable of burning through the Hulk's skin, which means that they are able to reach temperatures of at least 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit. Gladiator can breathe blasts of icy temperatures, the extent of which is unknown. Gladiator is capable of causing a counterforce against telepathic assaults and probes. However, telepaths of sufficient power are capable of penetrating his psionic defenses.

Silver Surfer
In order for Norrin Radd to be a herald for Galactus, Galactus gives Norrin some of his cosmic powers possessing him with the Power Cosmic. The Silver Surfer's skin is nearly impossible to penetrate, capable of withstanding extreme pressures and temperatures. He can travel through the core of a star and even through black holes without injury or disorientation. The Silver Surfer can regenerate parts of himself with the Power Cosmic, including his board, at will.
The Power Cosmic gives the Silver Surfer incredible strength and he has fought some of the most powerful beings in the universe including Thor, the Hulk, and the Champion of the Universe. He can even augment his strength to incredible levels and had yet to show an upper limit. The Surfer has the ability to make himself intangible and phase through any wall or objects. This also can be done to make himself invulnerable from attack. The Silver Surfer does not need to breathe and can survive in any condition. He does not need to eat or drink to sustain himself but he sometimes does to remember it. The Surfer rarely needs rest and can go for years without tiring. The Surfer's skin is designed to absorb various energies from beta particles to light. He is constantly being charged from hundreds of nearby stars and energies from distant galaxies. He can change this absorption into reflection if he chooses. The Surfer can absorb and tap into ambient cosmic energy into his body at will and allowing him to use these energies at different forces. The Surfer could also channel energy through his hands also known as energy beams that can destroy a star. He can use various energies for offensive purposes as well. He can create large blasts or beams down to the subatomic level. The Surfer can use energy to create force fields and shields. He can solidify energy to imprison enemies. He can manipulate the energies around him to make space travel possible for beings around him that can not survive in space. The Silver Surfer can rearrange matter to create other objects of importance by rearranging molecules. He can also change the state of matter, such as changing solids into gas. Matter Transmutation helps the Surfer escape traps and prisons and can also be used to make an enemies weapons inactive. The Silver Surfer can travel at speeds faster than light. His mind and body can be used at these speeds as well, making the Surfer extremely reactive and agile. The Silver Surfer travels as easily on a planet's gravity than he does through space. He can fly and turn and maneuver at extremely high speeds. He can also levitate. The Surfer can create enough speed to travel through time either forward or backward. The Surfer can also see the past by pulling back the layers of time. He can create quantum spheres capable of traveling anywhere with a thought. The Surfer can use the Power Cosmic to heal wounds but he cannot raise the dead. The Surfer has the power to speed the evolution of organic life.
The Surfer has shown the ability to read minds and sometimes needs to make a conscious effort not to. He prefers to speak rather than read a person's thoughts. The Silver Surfer can see for light years down to the molecular level. He is able to change his vision to many different spectrums of light and radiation. This makes the Surfer one of the best trackers in the universe, able to trace a grain of sand in a quasar to picking up any type of energy signature and following it for light years. Also having full control over his power the Silver Surfer can't be harmed by a mutant, but the Surfer could take away or suppress the powers of a mutant. Super beings that make contact with the Surfer can also have their powers altered when making contact with other super-beings. This was seen in Marvel Zombies when Hulk bit the Surfer's head off and they obtained the power of the cosmos. During anniliation the Silver Surfer's powers were upgraded by Galactus vastly. He was tested by Ravenous an agent of Annilius, and dispatched him with little to no effort. He also destroyed a whole planet by himself after his upgrade. This upgrade also came in good use when Thanos had a created a machine to keep the Surfer and Galactus in check and set it to his own power output, so that he could only open it, but the Surfer was able to match (while severly weakened ) Thanos' power output and free himself and Galactus, which demonstrates how much powerful he is with his latest power upgrade.
The Silver Surfer rides a board that is composed of the same material of the silver coating that covers his whole body. Highly dependent of the board, it is also mentally linked to the Silver Surfer himself, so if he was to be seperated from his board, he could still control and command it mentally. Almost indestructable, the board can be used as both weapon and shield, if the board does take damage or is broken, the Silver Surfer can either repair the board or recreate a whole new one. Silver Surfer can also use the board to imprison or incase an individual, but only for a limited amount of time. The connection between the board and the Silver Surfer is unknown, when Galactus trapped the Silver Surfer within Earth, it was because of his board that Silver Surfer couldn't leave planet Earth. Upon discovering this, Silver managed to leave Earth through other means without his board and remade another one when he was in space. It is unknown the full limitations of Silver Surfers board.

Nova
Nova derives his powers from a source known as the Nova Force, which is wielded by all Nova Corps Centurions. Nova's small share of the Nova Force gives him abilities including flight, super strength, speed, and durability, as well as the power to absorb energies directed at him and release it as gravimetric beams and pulses, either from single parts of his body or from his entire body surface.
After the events of Annihilation, where all members of the Nova Corps was killed except Nova himself. Nova had to absorb all of the Nova Force thus enhancing his powers by several orders of magnitude. He can now lift over a 100 tons, roughly matching the strength of Hyperion, his energy manipulating and absorbing abilities have been significantly increased putting him nearly on par with the Silver Surfer and he can now create and channel cosmic radiation and energy. He is capable of flight at near light-speed, and is able to open star-gates through the fabric of space-time to collapse distances.
However, under normal circumstances Nova utilizes the Worldmind in order to regulate the full power of the Nova Force, thereby limiting his potential. When infected by the Phalanx this was not the case and Nova was in complete control of the entire Nova Force and was able to defeat Drax the Destroyer with ease. If Nova is able to regain this level of control when not under the control of the Phalanx, he will be one of the most powerful beings in the Marvel Universe.

Quasar
Since his ressurection in "Quantum-Light" form during Secret Invasion, Wendell Vaughn seems to have a vast array of personal power not unlike the powers of the Quantum Bands. This is a hypothetical list based on the powers he has thusfar exhibited and explanations (with some scientific basis) as to why he must have a power even he has yet to display it.
Wendell Vaughn has declared he has Cosmic Awareness, but has explained that it is to a lesser degree than a cosmic entity such as Ego or Eon has. This gives Wendell the potential of Omniscience, but it's likely that he simply has access to a large 'library' of information by simply thinking about a particular subject. This ability is assumed as some level of it would be required to make the Shape-Shifting power worthwhile. Becoming the Hulk and hitting someone doesn't have as much impact if you have the density of a typical human or average energy construct. At the same time if he indeed is made of energy then he must obey the hypothetical laws of energy and light. Einstein postulated quite famously that Energy equals Mass, therefore if Quasar has control of his Quantum-Light form, then he probably has a similar control over his density and mass. While he does not seem to have the vast energy-manipulating powers of the Quantum Bands, Quasar seems to the ability to generate damaging energy blasts and also the ability to large devastating explosions. The later of these seems to expend his energy and at the time he was forced to return to the Quantum Flask, but the Flask has since been shattered by Richard Rider. It's unknown what effect the larger explosion would have on his form. Since his ressurection Wendell Vaughn now seems to be composed of energy or light; functoning with Vaughn's personality and memories. This effectively makes him immortal (as energy can neither be created nor destroyed). It has yet to be explained how this has happened to him as a result of his body being destroyed by Annihilus. Powerful energy manipulators would likely have a degree of control over Quasar's form. Quasar can fly but has not been clocked doing any particular speed. We can assume he is now limited by the speed of light (since he is composed of light), roughly 186,000 miles per second. As he is now composed of energy, he seems to no longer be limited by a physical form, he can change his physical appearance at will. In Nova #18 he took the form of an energy-construct Hulk to dispatch a genetically augmented Skrull at Project: Pegasus shortly after his resurrection.
Quasar has exhibited the ability to move in a flash of light from one location to another. This goes above and beyond the speed of light, as he was at Project: Pegasus in one moment and in the Realm of Oblivion the next. Wendell mentioned that he felt the Quantum-Bands call him to his location because of his connection to the Bands.
The Quantum Bands are tools for manipulating forms of energy. A bearer of the quantum-bands can affect, alter, absorb, and channel any form of energy found in the Electromagnetic spectrum, from Gamma Rays to Radio Waves, and this also includes visible light. Quasar once absorbed and released the entire energy output of a star, funneling the radiation, and nuclear fusion, passing entirely through the bands. So great is the bands ability to absorb and control energy that most other energy manipulators (The Presence, Jack of Hearts, Living Laser… etc.) cannot come close to overwhelming the bands, only truly powerful energy manipulators (Silver Surfer, Thanos, or Galactus… etc.) are capable of such a feat. The energy output of the bands is generally appears to be yellow in color, but since the bands have mastery of the entire EM spectrum, presumably a weilder could change the color of the energy at will. It is unknown why the energy seems to default to the yellow area of the visible band. The bands can construct anything the wearer can imagine from "Quantum energy". The more care the bearer takes in the creation of a construct, the stronger and more durable it is. A practiced bearer can alter the mass of the constructs so that they have the consistency of molasses or to be lighter than air. These constructs last indefinitely or until the bearer reabsorbs the construct into the Q-bands. The bands allow the bearer to fly in atmosphere or in space (surrounding the wearer in an energy aura to protect from the vacuum of space), and can achieve incredible speeds (Quasar once flew from New York Harbor to the Sea of Tranquility in under 5 minutes), Quasar had been clocked at near light-speed on several occasions. Starhawk was estimated at "thrice lightspeed" by Eon's offspring Era. The Quantum-Bands also enable the bearer to "quantum-jump" or create apertures between the fabric of space/time of various sizes in the actual world of matter and energy and the potential world of matter and energy that is the quantum zone. He can then travel through this trackless featureless zone and emerge at a different point in our physical space light years away from his starting point only seconds later. His quantum-bands enable him to keep his bearings while in the zone and thus emerge where he wants to. He can cross countless light years in a single jump, (taking only seconds) if he so desires. Important note, however, he cannot quantum-jump within a planetary atmosphere without ripping a hole in its ozone layer unless he does so from within a construct like a large energy bubble. Quasar has on one occasion used his Quantum-jump ability to simultaniously send one Avengers Quinjet (upgraded for space travel) to Kree space within the Greater Magellanic Cloud; another to the Shi'ar galaxy. The bands can detect, emit, and receive radio waves; thereby the bearer can communicate with other radio receivers. The bands can also create a “Quantum-link” which appears as a glowing golden sphere about 2 inches in diameter, which travels to the point of contact at warp speeds and connects with any communication device present allowing the bearer to carry on near-instantaneous communications even over extra-galactic distances. One previous bearer of the Quantum bands(Marvel Boy) has been known to be able to augment his strength and stamina to unknown limits with the Quantum-bands. Quasar himself rarely exibited this ability and only when it was needed. He once physically restrained She-Hulk by himself, whether this was a statement of his physical strength or her own restraint is unknown, though she seemed to struggle against him. Despite the fact that the Quantum-Bands have no control over the mind or Psionics, at least one previous bearer (Quasar) had "programed" the Bands to protect his mind for mental attacks and takeover. So powerful is this protection that powerful psychics, such as Moondragon or the Overmind could not overcome it. The Quantum Bands bond with their bearer upon contact interfacing with the bearer's mind allowing for mental control. Permanently affixing themselves generally to the bearer's wrists, the flesh and bone within rendered indestructible so long as the bond with the bands persists. The bond can only be broken upon the bearer's death, at which point the bands could be removed easily.
5.
Beta Ray Bill
Bill is a cyborg Korbinite, making him stronger, tougher, and faster than other Korbinites, who are in turn much more powerful than baseline humans. His cybernetic form, along with his combat prowess (See Below) granted him the ability to match Thor in hand-to-hand combat.
With Stormbreaker, Bill possesses all the powers of Thor's hammer, Mjolnir, and is his physical equal. He can control weather, create blasts of energy, absorb and rechannel energy, fly, teleport, and sense power sources. He can fly, even through space for long periods of time without the need for air. Stormbreaker will return to Bill if he throws it and is nearly indestructible. He does not, however, possess the abilities innate to Thor's unique heritage, such as the God Blast, Warrior's Madness, and Rune Magicks. Bill has not demonstrated some of the finer and more exotic abilities with his hammer that Thor has, but whether this is by choice or due to lesser experience with that power remains to be seen.
Beta Ray Bill is naturally enhanced by warm climates.
6.
Ronan the Accuser
Being of the Kree and in good shape, Ronan has strength, stamina, and speed beyond that if the normal human as well as a faster healing factor. As a public accuser Ronan also has a tactical mind, superior combat skills, increased intelligence, and the ability to adapt to different environments. Ronan can normally lift or press around 10 tons and around 80 tons while in his armor.
Ronan usually wears a suit of cybernetic armor that enhances all of his natural abilities as well as protecting him. His armor contains scanners, a cloaking device, can generate electric charges, and allows the user to freeze targets. It also allows Ronan to fire powerful blasts from his eyes.
Being the Kree Supreme Public Accuser Ronan wields a Universal Weapon. The one that Ronan wields is the most powerful. This weapon allows it's wielder to fire blasts of energy, create force fields, and fly. This weapon also allows Ronan to harness cosmic energy for a variety of effects including matter and energy manipulation.
Ronan also wields a blaster as a sidearm.
