After the death of Red Skull and the rise and fall of Hydra, the sinister Baron Zemo launches attacks on S.H.I.E.L.D, public places, and government buildings with his wicked band of mercenaries. The forever blood thirsty Cross Bone and their newly acquired ally and hired gun Kraven.
While Iron-Man and the other Avengers are off fighting Thanos to save all of mankind, set on revenge Baron Zemo begins his reign of terror killing thousands of innocent men, women, and children, causing one hero to spring into action to stop the Baron once and for all at any cost.
Defying the orders of S.H.I.E.L.D and it's director Nick Fury to stand down, Agent Steve Rogers has become a very wanted man. Not just by Baron Zemo and countless other enemies, but the U.S Government and S.H.I.E.L.D as well.
First Issue: Steve Rogers American Outlaw - 'Missing In Action'
Without the protection of S.H.I.E.L.D, Steve Rogers tries to take on Baron Zemo, Cross Bone, and Kraven and ends up getting captured and held hostage.
Baron Zemo would later ask for one hundred million dollars and the release of federal prisoner Dr. Doom in exchange for the safe return of Americas favorite Super Soldier Steve Rogers Captain America.
