Quicksilver couldn't get thru Boosters shield and how long could he really dodge his blasts for?

Bats in a rematch for sure, brings all plastic weapons, outfit a new vehicle with carbon fibre plates instead of metal and Mags is toast

Magneto's forcefields are electromagnetic, meaning they're based on particular spectrum of frequencies. With the kind of resources he has at his disposal, I'm sure Bats could devise some kind of energy or radiation-based weapon tuned to a frequency either above or below the range of electromagnetic frequency that would simply pass right through Magneto's forcefields.

Anyone picking Batman over Magneto is clueless. Once again, like my points in the Superman vs Batman fight, Magneto would win 10 out of 10 times. He can fly above batman and drop a building on his head. He can slam a car down on top of him from a distance. Batman is a guy with no super powers. He can't do anything against a powerful enemy with the ability to control metal.

Ok so the only way Batman can win this is if they strip Magneto of his powers and have them fight hand to hand. Then again, if we strip Magneto of his powers, then he's no longer Magneto, but an old dude.

Ditto what relentless said. Remember, Mags got his tail whooped by a security guard in X-Men 2: United, so I think Bats could give him a run for his money.
