BRONZE TIGER vs BLACK PANTHER: I'm not too sure. I call Stalemate.
Bronze Tiger's is skilled enough to embarrass Batman in their first encounter and was only a stalemate in the 2nd time they fought because of outside interference. Plus, Black Panther has shown he can hang with the best.

THE JOKER vs RORSCHACH: Rorschach.
There really is not questioning about that.

THOR vs JUGGERNAUT: Thor.
Thor has already beaten Juggernaut before by negating the magical energies that empowered his body.

Bronze Tiger vs Black Panther -- Damn. I dig BT, too. I think he'd get in some good licks (cat joke...enh) but ultimately iconic BP would beat him down.

Rorschach vs The Joker -- yeah, Joker's used to fighting an opponent who refuses to take a life. Rorschach has no such compunction. He'd kill 'im dead.

Thor vs Juggernaut -- Poor Juggie, playing the punching bag again...

Panther wins the suits absorb kinetic energy plus he's been enhanced by the Panther God.

Rorschach vs Joker

Joker carries various deadly prop gadgets while Roschach mainly use what is available at the time.Joker wins.

Thor vs Juggernaut

Thor wins he has already proven his ability to destable the magic the Juggernaut uses so this time wont be any different.
