Champions Battle Poll (Week 8: Round 3)

Lester beats Helena, roughly da same skills while Lester is tougher and stronger than a girl. Don't know too much 'bout Comedian, didn't vote. Last fight, it's whoeva gets off the first bullet. Hulk wins the Marvel bruisers thing, as I much I'd love to see Juggs win I think the facts point to Hulk.

Huntress vs Bullseye

Bullseye uncanny accuracy gives him a slight advantage.

Comedian vs Red Skull

Comedian has the range but Skull is more then likely the better fighter.

Deadshot vs Punisher

Deadshot he has uncanny accuracy like Bullseye plus more body armor.While both men are known to carry armor piercing rounds the normally use standard rounds.Punisher would have to swap his ammo while Deadshot would only need a head shot.

Dead shot-never cared for the punisher, don't know much about dead shot, but he looks cool

I think it's because of a guy called Garth Ennis, he was a guy who wrote Punisher a lot. I believe he stated that he wanted to make Punisher a murderous Batman, so he ramped up his skill levels and made him a prep time god. And started giving him ridiculous feats that completely 100% contradict classic Punisher, like beating Daredevil even though DD kicked his butt without breaking a sweat back in the old days. He even had him outmaneuver Wolverine and literally use a gun to blow his nuts off and then run him over with a steam roller. Logan back in the old days would've easily owned Frank. Nowdays they've put him back to normal, and after the means and ends storyline I think it's pretty established that Frank isn't as skilled anymore as Ennis made him. But still alot of people have the Garth Ennis version of Punisher when discussing battles. Which explains why some folks think he can take out guys way out of his league.

Bullseye vs Huntress -- this could go either way, depending on how up close and personal the fight gets. From a distance, Bullseye could pick her off at his leisure. In a fist fight, I think Huntress could take him down. He's got a high pain threshold (witness any time DD's kicked his ass) but still. I call this one a draw.

Comedian vs Red Skull -- I don't think this one needs any explanation. Poor Comedian won't know what hit him.

Deadshot vs Punisher -- Deadshot's the better marksman, has better protection and is the better fighter. Castle's a dead man.

Battle Royale -- I think this would come down to Hulk, Thor, Hercules and Juggernaut. With Juggie being the only villain left, the other three would dogpile him. Thor would be next to go because as we've seen in the past, he would need Mjolnir to truly take on an enraged Hulk, and Hercules is, I believe, a more skilled h2h fighter than him. Leaving Hulk and Hercules. Herc would put up one hell of a fight but it will only last until Hulk's strength increases further. It would take a mighty long time considering Herc's god-like stamina but once he starts to tire, that's all she wrote. Hulk for the win.

To clarify, Skull isn't a super-soldier. That was just in the movie. In the comics he once inhabited a body cloned from Steve Rogers, but that only lasted a couple years, if memory serves. Iconic Red Skull is a scientific genius, brilliant military strategist, exceptional martial artist and is highly proficient with guns and explosives. So while not enhanced and possessing no superpowers, he's vastly more intelligent and more highly skilled than Comedian.
