DC SUPERMAN OAU first page of the comic

So for the DC OAU I am doing superman and my idea is just quickly go over krypton exploding and the Kent's finding him and then he is just Superman. Also there are no words on the page and all the blank squares with the shield next to them are where words will go. So anyways without any further ado here is my first page of SUPERMAN DC OAU.


As of right now none of the page is colored at all but all squares are hand drawing for right now. Anyways let me know what you think of the page below

@thestarlord Sorry for taking so long to reply but I think I'm on a very different time-zone than you. I really like what you've been doing and if you're still interested i have just one more thing i want to see from you like i said. I want you to redesign Felix Faust with a background of Metropolis. Felix Faust should feel creepy and mystical at the same time. One of the problems that i think DC will face if they ever use him is that he might look to much like Loki so i want you to you to give him a look that completely distinguishes him from that character. I'm not that big of a fan of the New 52 look so i would prefer if you avoided that. Imagine it's for a movie. Metropolis doesn't need a lot of detail in fact you don't need to draw whole buildings, just a part of them. Draw 2 floors of five buildings. This has nothing to do with the story either, I just want to get an idea of how you handle the backgrounds.

@thestarlord Not really. This is just an exercise. The character probably won't even in the series. I just needed a you to give a new design to a character with an iconic look and not many variations.

@thestarlord I really need you to give me an update. I understand if your not finished but I need to know if you're still interested and if you are then how far along you've gone. I really want to work with you but I wanted to publish the first arc before the end of the year and it's not going to be possible if we don't start working on it soon. I'm really excited to share my ideas so please inform me soon.

@thestarlord I know you're busy but it's been a week and I know that's not a lot of time but I need you to be more reliable than that. Please post the redesign soon. I forgot to say this but it wasn't supposed to be inked so if you haven't started yet than don't paint it.

If you can't even do less than 1 page a week than that means that we will make 2 issues per year which isn't anywhere close to what I wanted do.
