This is a brief overview of the format and how I would implement the series to include brief storyline ideas No Fan Cast yet as this is a large cast but characters that have appeared in Arrow, Supergirl, DC Legends, and The Flash will be of the same actor or actress in my version as well.

Let's Begin

2012-2013

Arrow (Wednesday 8pm)

Arrow Season 1
Season one follows Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell), billionaire playboy of Starling City, who spends five years shipwrecked on a mysterious island. Upon his return to Starling City, he is reunited with his mother, Moira Queen (Susanna Thompson), his sister, Thea Queen (Willa Holland), and his friend, Tommy Merlyn (Colin Donnell). Oliver rekindles his relationships, while spending his nights hunting down and sometimes killing criminals as a hooded vigilante. He uncovers a conspiracy to destroy "The Glades", a poorer section of the city that has become overridden with crime. John Diggle (David Ramsey) and Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) assist Oliver in his crusade. Oliver also reconnects with ex-girlfriend, Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy), who is still angry over his role in her sister's presumed death. The first season also features flashbacks to Oliver's time on the island, and how it changed him.

2013 - 2014
Arrow (Wednesday 8pm)
Batman (Wednesday 9pm)

Arrow Season 2
In season two, Oliver has vowed to stop crime without killing criminals, and comes under attack from Slade Wilson (Manu Bennett), a man from Oliver's time on the island who resurfaces with a vendetta against him. Oliver must also contend with outside forces attempting to take over Queen Consolidated, guilt from decisions he made in the past, and secrets harbored by his family and friends. Oliver grows to accept aspiring vigilante Roy Harper (Colton Haynes) as his protégé, and begins to receive assistance from Laurel's father, Officer Quentin Lance (Paul Blackthorne). Oliver also gains another ally; a mysterious woman in black, who is eventually revealed to be Laurel's sister, Sara Lance (Caity Lotz), who had survived her ordeal at sea years prior.

The Batman Season 1
The first season is a loose adaption of the "Batman Year One" storyline and features a young Bruce Wayne (Matt Latner) navigating through Gotham's corruption as young billionaire Bruce Wayne by day and its criminal activity as a masked vigilante called the Dark Knight. After a few rough tries at crime fighting Bruce changes his outfit into a cape and cowl in the shape of a bat, the animal he fears and soon garners the name The Batman. He uncovers a connection with Gotham's high level officials and the mob and tries to bring to light the connections and put a dent into the mob. He gains an ally with Harvey Dent and Det. Gordon but Commissioner Leob who is connected to the mob wants the vigilante caught. Carmine Falcone and Sal Maroni both put major money into finding the Batman but their efforts end up being in vain as the trio of Batman, Det. Gordon and Harvery Dent put a blow into their operations. During the season we see Bruce encounter Selina Kyle, a high level escort who is a thief and she herself by seasons end dons a mask and costume as the Catwoman. As the season comes to a close Batman faces off against the Red Hood Gang and one of the members falls into a vat of chemicals and later awakens with a crazed laugh signaling the birth of the Joker. In the closing moments of the season we learn that all these events take place a year before Oliver Queen is found and returns to Starling City, as Bruce watches Oliver’s return on TV, connecting the universes together.

Now, Barry has become a brilliant, driven and endearingly geeky CSI investigator, whose determination to uncover the truth about his mother’s strange death leads him to follow up on every unexplained urban legend and scientific advancement that comes along. Barry’s latest obsession is a cutting edge particle accelerator, created by visionary physicist Harrison Wells and his S.T.A.R. Labs team, who claim that this invention will bring about unimaginable advancements in power and medicine. However, something goes horribly wrong during the public unveiling, and when the devastating explosion causes a freak storm, many lives are lost and Barry is struck by lightning. After nine months in a coma, Barry awakens to find his life has changed once again - the accident has given him the power of super speed, granting him the ability to move through Central City like an unseen guardian angel. Though initially excited by his newfound powers, Barry is shocked to discover he is not the only "meta-human" who was created in the wake of the accelerator explosion - and not everyone is using their new powers for good. In the months since the accident, the city has seen a sharp increase in missing people, unexplained deaths and other strange phenomena. Barry now has a renewed purpose - using his gift of speed to protect the innocent, while never giving up on his quest to solve his mother’s murder and clear his father’s name. For now, only a few close friends and associates know that Barry is literally the fastest man alive, but it won’t be long before the world learns what Barry Allen has become, The Flash

This has potential.........Interesting how you found a way to both come up with a CW Batman series AND weave it into the Arrowverse. (Also like how in your Supergirl S3 idea you did a bit of a twist on Volcana, one of my favorite DCAU villains.)
