I honestly hate motivating why I chose certain actors for particular characters, but here we go…
JUSTICE LEAGUE
SUPERMAN – JASON BEHR (Roswell, D-Wars, the Tattooist …)
This guy is a great actor who is extremely underrated. I personally believe that he could rival someone like Henry Cavill and Daniel Cudmore etc.
Someone explain to me why people think that Jon Hamm would make a good Superman?
BATMAN – IAN SOMERHALDER (Smallville , Lost, Vampire Diaries)
This guy is one of my favorite actors at present and is great at playing mysterious brooding characters… Yeah, you people are probably going to say “That guy is from a Twilight rip off TV series” etc, I don’t care…This guy would make a fricking awesome Batman/ Nightwing/ Gambit
WONDER WOMEN – LUCY GRIFFITH (Robin Hood)
I haven’t seen her outside of anything besides BBC’s Robin Hood, but she can act and resembles the character…
THE FLASH – CHRIS PINE (Star Trek)
Kirk reminded me of Wally West in Star Trek….
M.O-He would also make an awesome GL
MARTIAN MANHUNTER – CHRIS JUDGE (Stargate)
I haven’t seen him act, but he looks the part…
AQUAMAN – PHILLIP WINCHESTER (Crusoe)
This guy is a really good actor so I decided to use him as Aquaman…
Alexander Skarsgard was my second choice…
GREEN LANTERN – RICK MALAMBRI (Step up 3)
He looks ALOT like Hal…Hmm…I think it was Dave Nichols who wanted him as Superman
GREEN ARROW – Jensen Ackles (Supernatural)
I wanted to add Ackles to the cast to annoy the Ackles haters…Jensen is also one of my favorite actors and Supernatural is legendary!
I can easily picture Ackles as Oliver Queen or Marvel’s archer Hawkeye
Try to look forward to my Ultimates and X-Men fan casts which will be arriving at the end of the month...
