FAN CAST: Speed Force Casting (The Flash) By LEEE777

FAN CAST: Speed Force Casting (The Flash) By LEEE777

The Speed Force is a vaguely-defined extra-dimensional energy force from which most, but not all, superspeed-powered heroes in the DC Comics universe draw their enhanced abilities. From Barry Allen, to Wally West, Jesse Quick, and even Agent Flashling, Captain Swift who and who? Plus many, many more of your DC Superhero Speedsters, gotta be quick or you'll miss it...

As said in the teaser, the Speed Force is an extra-dimensional energy force from which most, but not all, superspeed-powered heroes in the DC universe draw their enhanced fast abilities. For example, the multiple heroes named the Flash (Jay Garrick, Barry Allen, Wally West, and Bart Allen), Johnny Quick, Jesse Quick/Liberty Belle, XS, the Tornado Twins, and Max Mercury all draw their powers from the Speed Force. The Speed Force is also seen as a physical space to which speedsters can travel. Max Mercury traveled through time as a result of his efforts to enter the Speed Force and ended up several decades into the future every time he made an attempt. Bart Allen could control the Speed Force and could "commune" with the spirits in the Speed Force through meditation. When speedsters die, they become one with the Speed Force, as it is an afterlife for them. Max Mercury's own spirit is trapped inside following his possession by The Rival.

Other DC Comics heroes with superspeed gained from magic such as Impala, Kid Impala, and Yaguareté of the Super Malon appear to have definite limits on their powers. Metahumans like Reflex (Sovereign 7), Red Shift (Freedom's Ring), Jaculi I, Jaculi II, Mas y Menos, Well-Spoken Sonic Lightning Flash, Blur (White Martian hybrid), Baroness Blitzkrieg, and Pellmell of the Hellenders appear to have an upper limit to their speed, and no access to the Speed Force.

The Speed Force serves as the ultimate measure of velocity in the DC Universe. It introduced several "new" powers/implications to Flash and other Speed Force-powered persons. Some already existed during the Silver Age, but were either unexplained or rationalized as molecular/vibrational control and later retconned into manifestations of the Speed Force.

Many thanks to wikipedia.

Okay first off, I have some of these actors as bigger castings, only a couple mind and also some are very unknown actors for unknown speeder parts, neither will make it to the movies/TV but this is all in good speedster fun.

I don't normally double cast but I love either of these Barry Allen's below, check out the promo posters too and maybe one could play Barry in The Flash movie and the other in a JLA movie, who knows, enjoy...

Scott Speedman as Barry Allen (The Flash):

Matthew Fox as Barry Allen ( The Flash):

Barry Allen is a police scientist (his job title was changed to a forensic scientist in The Flash: Iron Heights one-shot) with a reputation for being very slow, deliberate, and frequently late, which frustrates his fiancee, Iris West. One night, as he is preparing to leave work, a lightning bolt shatters a case full of chemicals and spills them all over Allen. As a result, Allen finds that he can run extremely fast and has matching reflexes. He dons a set of red tights sporting a lightning bolt, dubs himself the Flash (after his childhood comic book hero, Jay Garrick), and becomes Central City's resident costumed crimefighter. Central City University professor Ira West (Iris' adoptive father) designed Allen's costume (reminiscent of the original Fawcett Captain Marvel) and the ring which stores it while Allen is in his civilian identity. The ring can eject the compressed clothing when Allen needs it and suck it back in with the aid of a special gas that shrinks the suit. In addition, Allen invented the cosmic treadmill, a device that allowed for precise time travel and was used in many stories. Allen was so well liked that nearly all speedsters that come after him are constantly compared to him. Batman once said "Barry is the kind of man that I would've hoped to become if my parents hadn't been murdered."

Now as I've said, both top actors and its hard to go either way, so i'm asking you guys below in a poll to help me out, cheers! ; D

Matt's been amazing on the series of 'Lost' and Scott, well I like him a lot in 'Underworld' and also just imagine the movie posters with his name on them! ; P

Bruce Greenwood as Jay Garrick (Original Flash):

Jason Peter Garrick is a college student prior to 1940 (later retconned to 1938) who accidentally inhales hard water vapors after falling asleep in his laboratory where he had been working (later stories would change this to heavy water vapors). As a result, he finds that he can run at superhuman speed and has similarly fast reflexes (retcons imply the inhalation simply activated a latent metagene). After a brief career as a college football star, he dons a red shirt with a lightning bolt and a stylized metal helmet with wings (based on images of the Roman god Mercury) and begins to fight crime as the Flash. The helmet belonged to Jay's father, Joseph, who fought during World War I. He has been seen using the helmet as a weapon/type of shield, as seen in Infinite Crisis. He has also used it to direct a beam of light at Eclipso.

The Flash soon became one of the best-known of the Golden Age of superheroes. He was a founding member of the Justice Society of America and served as its first chairman. He was originally based in New York City however this was later retconned to the fictional Keystone City. He left the JSA after issue #6, but returned several years later (issue #24, Spring 1945) and had a distinguished career as a crime-fighter during the 1940s.

As the Flash, Jay can run and move his limbs at superhuman speeds, and possesses superhuman reflexes. His aura prevents air friction from affecting his body and clothes while moving. Unlike Barry, Jay is a metahuman and while he has a connection to the Speed Force, it was not on the level of the other Flashes. Jay possesses the ability to 'steal speed' from other speedsters. When the Speed Force was absorbed into (and only accessible by) Bart Allen following Infinite Crisis, Jay's top speed was the speed of sound. After Bart's death and Wally's return, the Speed Force returned to its normal functions and Jay can now reach near-light speeds that let him keep up with even Zoom. However, since his body is slowly, but steadily becoming frail with age-related issues, he cannot strain his body as he used to: an overuse of his speed may bring forth grave complications, like cardiac episodes.

Okay for this credit it goes to both EyeOfHorus & NightAvenger, both thought of this character and I believe it was on different sites, so all credit of Brucie for Jay goes to them and hey why not, this guy could act in his sleep and make us believe. My favorite thing he was on is 'Nowhere Man' (TV series) playing Thomas Veil, damn, I still miss that show and hey he does the voice of Batman in the 'Young Justice' toon and 'Red Hood' just a little DC trivia for ya.

Amber Heard as Jesse Quick:

In hopes of creating a successor, Johnny Quick taught the formula that gave him his enhanced speed to his daughter, Jesse. The formula worked on Jesse as well and she gained super-speed. Contrary to what her father had intended however, Jesse instead opted to continue her education, rather than becoming a costumed crimefighter.

While Jesse was studying at Gotham University, the superhero team her parents had been colleagues with, the Justice Society of America, reemerged following a long absence. Naturally, her thesis topic became "The Impact of Superheroes on Society" and she began to follow the returned heroes, cataloguing their adventures. When her father asked her to deliver some documents to the Society, the encounter would result in her aiding the team as Jesse Quick, finally living up to her father's dream of her being a costumed crimefighter.
It was during that time that she met Wally West, the Flash, who would later ask her to be his replacement if something were to happen to him. It was all an elaborate plan on his part, trying to force Bart Allen, Impulse, to take his role in the legacy of the Flash more seriously, and be Wally's successor. Although she felt betrayed, she would end up saving Wally's life, although her leg was hurt in the process. When Wally returned from the mythical Speed Force, he healed her leg, and the earlier deception was largely forgiven, but not forgotten.

When, shortly after, Jesse lost her enhanced speed, the person she blamed was Wally who had been directly using the Speed Force energies instead of simply tapping them like the other speedsters did. In fact it turned out to be the villain Savitar who was the cause, having severed her connection to the Speed Force, as well as multiple other speedsters. Nonetheless, Wally chose the depowered Jesse to accompany him to Savitar's lair, where she succeeded in regaining her powers. During the following battle with Savitar, her father gave his life in order to protect his daughter from one of Savitar's forces and merged with the Speed Force. Although Wally would ultimately triumph over the villain, Jesse was left to mourn her father.

Amber I loved in 'Zombieland' & 'Pineapple Express' not seen 'Mandy Lane' yet but heard shes good in that too and just imagine her all in tight red spandex, there you go, now thats a kodak moment.

Connor Paolo as Bart Allen (Impulse):

Born in the 30th century to Meloni Thawne and Don Allen, Bart is related to a number of superheroes and supervillains. His father, Don, is one of the Tornado Twins and his paternal grandfather is Barry Allen, the second Flash. His paternal grandmother, Iris West Allen, is also the adoptive aunt of the first kid Flash, Wally West (Bart's first cousin once removed). Additionally, Bart is the first cousin of XS, a Legionnaire and daughter of Dawn Allen. On his mother's side, he is a descendant of supervillains Professor Zoom and Cobalt Blue as well as the half brother of Owen Mercer, the new Captain Boomerang. In addition to these relatives, he had a supervillain clone known as Inertia. Allen was absent for nearly two years after his apparent death in The Flash: The Fastest Man Alive #13, but resurfaced again as Kid Flash in 2009's Final Crisis: Legion of 3 Worlds.

Bart's primary power is speed, along with abilities that are common to comics speedsters, such as creating whirlwinds, running on water and vibrating through matter. The latter ability results in "molecular taffy" if Bart does not concentrate; he also possesses an aura that prevents air friction while running. Before being shot in the knee, he was faster than the current Flash had been at his age. Bart does possess some abilities that other speedsters do not have. He has the ability to produce "scouts", Speed Force avatars that he can send through the timestream, but has used it infrequently since the death of one avatar put him in a coma during the "Our Worlds at War" storyline that crossed over among the Impulse, Superboy, and Young Justice titles. After being forced to use it during the "World Without Young Justice" crossover event, he was able and willing to use them with ease, up until he became Kid Flash.

What can I say, top young actor, he owned his parts in 'World Trade Center' and 'Alexander,' and he just screams Bart Allen on so many levels, he's gotta be Bart.

Ryan Kwanten as Wally West (Flash III):

During the Crisis on Infinite Earths, Barry gave his life to save the earth. Initially unaware of this, Wally was coaxed by Jay Garrick into assisting the heroes against the Anti-Monitor's forces. During the final battle with the Anti-Monitor, Wally was struck by a blast of anti-matter energy, which put his disease into remission. In the aftermath of the conflict, Wally took on his fallen mentor's costume and identity.

Wally West became a less powerful new Flash than his predecessor. For example, instead of being able to reach the speed of light, he can run just faster than that of sound. Also, the character has to eat vast quantities of food to maintain his metabolism.

Those changes were quickly followed up the Flash's superhero exploits, and the state of Wally's wealth. West won a lottery, bought a large mansion, and became something of a playboy. The character's finances and luck continued to ebb and wane until Flash (vol. 2) #62, when his playboy ways ended and his fortunes stabilized.

Ryan Kwanten, well all you've got to do is watch 'True Blood' to see Wally West is right there in all his glory. No actor could ever play Wally like Kwanten, he lives and breaths Wally West, no only would own this character as much, he's got enough character to turn this Flash into a franchise all by itself and hopefully will. Check out his new superhero movie 'Griff The Invisible!'

(Walter West) Alternate timeline Flash who came to our DC universe timeline and took over the mantle of the our Flash for a bit.

John Slattery as Max Mercury:

In 1948, he had an affair with the wife of a doctor who had saved his life. When the doctor learned of this and his wife returned to her husband's side, Max fled into the future once more. He then reappeared in the early 1960s, where he battled Savitar and was bounced still further forward in time. He spent some years in hiding, but was persuaded by Garrick to return to action against Professor Zoom in the guise of Barry Allen. In recent years, he has been the mentor of first Wally West and later Bart Allen (alias Impulse). He taught West about the Speed Force, and helped him to access his full speed by encouraging him to break a mental block he'd placed on his powers—stopping Wally from being as fast as Barry because he would then have really replaced his uncle as the Flash, he also attempted to teach Impulse a measure of patience with varying results. While living with Bart, Max met an aged physician named Helen Claiborne, who turned out to be his daughter from his earlier affair.
During Impulse #88 (September 2002, one of the last issues), Max's body is possessed by the spirit of a Golden Age supervillain: the Rival. While still in Max's body, the Rival then escapes to some unknown place in time.

Max is a human granted superhuman speed by ancient Native American rituals. Over time, he tried to find the fuel for his powers (and those of other speedsters): the Speed Force. Though he never quite entered it, his attempts allowed him to travel forward through time.

Amongst his peers, Max is unique in his attempts to understand the Speed Force in a mystical way (referred to by other characters as "Zen"). He also differs from other speedsters because of his agility; he cannot run as quickly as the Flashes, but he has a greater ability to perform acrobatic stunts and finely coordinated actions than they do. Thus, he was even able to outmaneuver Professor Zoom during their initial fight, although Zoom still gained the advantage by threatening innocent people.

'Mad Men's' John Slattery is perfect for Max, and even though I've had this pick ever since I started watching 'Mad Men' I've seen a few people cast him as this character and why not, as I've said he's perfect for the part and awesome as Tony Stark's dad too, quality actor.

Adam Brody as Danny The Running Boy:

In an alternate DC reality where mystical superheroes are normal, young Londoner Tim Hunter became superhero Sparky, and the sidekick to English crimefighter Hellblazer of that world.

Brody has been connected to The Flash in 'Justice League Moral' and thank [frick] he never got to play Barry as that movie could have been universally hated being a rush 90210 DC job. We need 'The Flash' movie first and hell I like Brody, he can play Danny lol, hey he was good on 'The OC.'

Aleida Nunez as Trajectory:

Eliza Harmon received her powers of super speed from Lex Luthor's Everyman Project. The now-deceased Trajectory was a short-lived member of Luthor's Infinity Inc.

Eliza Harmon used Lex Luthor's Everyman Project to gain powers of super speed.

Harmon was a huge fan of speedsters, and her biggest dream was to become the new Kid Flash with the Teen Titans.

After receiving the Everyman treatment, Harmon moved away from Manchester, Alabama to become one of the original members of Luthor's new Infinity, Inc.

Harmon was unstable, and made an enemy of Luthor after she snapped at him. Her superpowers made it difficult for her to slow down, forcing her to take drugs for reprieve. This causes a major argument between Harmon and Luthor, as well as her other team members.

Aleida was on the show Manana es para siempre, I check her out and all I can say is yay lol, she'll also look great in the tight spandex! ; P

Anderson Davis as Zoom II:

Hunter Zolomon had a troubled relationship with his parents, who rarely spoke to each other or to him. On the day Hunter was to leave for college, he came home to find the police laying siege to his house. His father was a serial killer who had killed six young girls, and when his mother told the police, his father murdered her, and was subsequently killed by the police after refusing to give up.

Hunter became obsessed with understanding the criminal mind to stop people like his father, studying psychology and criminology in college, then joining the F.B.I. along with his girlfriend Ashley, whom he later married, specializing in low-level costumed criminals. One case resulted in Ashley's father being killed (Hunter had thought the criminal they were after was incapable of facing his adult life, and thus would not use an 'adult' weapon such as a gun). Ashley left him shortly thereafter, and the F.B.I. terminated his employment. Hunter was also left with a damaged knee due to the case, requiring a cane for walking and unable to ever run again.

After arriving in Keystone City, he got a job as a profiler, working with the police in their Department of Metahuman Hostilities. His work put him in constant contact with the Flash, Wally West, and the two became good friends. His insight was critical in solving a number of cases, but he always resented being stuck behind a desk.

Hunter was severely injured in an attack by Gorilla Grodd in Iron Heights, when Grodd staged a mass prison break, and was left paralyzed from the waist down. He asked Wally West to use the time-traveling cosmic treadmill in the Flash Museum to prevent this from occurring, but West refused, saying that he could not risk damaging the timestream. Zolomon, feeling that Wally should be prepared to disregard such fears for the sake of their friendship, then broke into the museum and attempted to use the treadmill himself. The resulting explosion destroyed the museum and shifted Hunter's connection to time - described by Jay Garrick as him being 'derailed' from the timeline by the explosion - thus allowing Zolomon to alter the speed at which he could move in time, giving him the effect of superspeed.

Davis, a very unknown actor, I've only ever seen him in one thing but, he oozes Zoom so much its not funny and he's also built like a brick sh1t house that makes him a menacing Zoom. I say give the guy a chance, hey there was even word he was up for 'Captain America' too.

Annalynne McCord as The Flash IV (Carrie Allen):

Carrie Allen (Earth-3898) became the Flash in the 1980s and 1990s, taking on a variation of Wally West's Kid Flash costume. In 1986, she helped Stephanie Trevor (Wonder Woman) and Alan Scott (Green Lantern) rein in Bruce Wayne Jr. (Batman), who since the death of his wife Kara Kent (Supergirl) was starting to become unhinged with rage. In 1997, she helped Kyle Rayner (Green Lantern) and Black-Hawk track down Sinestro in the Colorado Rockies, who was seeking to destroy all Green Lanterns.

Superhuman speed, though it is not determined how fast she is able to go at top speed.

McCord I reckon is a great actress and shes amazing on 'Nip Tuck,' so I say why not, easy on the eyes too. She is Carrie Allen.

Bradley Cooper as Earth 2's Johnny Quick:

Crime Syndicate of America, Johnny Quick was a supervillain on the alternate Earth designated as Earth-Three, but rather than being a counterpart of the Earth-Two Johnny Quick, he was a version of The Flash. He and the other members of the Crime Syndicate of Amerika (all of whom were villainous counterparts of Justice League of America members) were Earth-Three's only superpowered beings, and had never been defeated by Earth-Three's primary hero, Alexander Luthor (a heroic counterpart to Superman's nemesis Lex Luthor). Like the rest of the Crime Syndicate, he perished during the Crisis at the hands of the Anti-Monitor.

The character was revived in the 1990s as a villain from the "Anti-Matter Universe", rather than being from Earth-Three. Unlike the Flash, Johnny receives his powers by injecting himself with a drug called "Speed Juice" (Whether this is a variation of the super-speed inducing drug "Velocity 9" from the regular Flash's Earth is not known). This Johnny Quick is the counterpart of the Wally West Flash. According to Grant Morrison, who created this version of the character, he had a predecessor (corresponding to Barry Allen), whose blood was used to create the Speed Juice. A flashback to the early days of the Crime Syndicate showed this character as resembling the Pre-Crisis version.[1] While Quick is part of that Earth's "Ruling Elite", he is hopelessly addicted to "Speed Juice" and goes into massive physical withdrawal without it. As part of the Tribute the world's leaders present the Crime Syndicate with on a regular basis, they supply Quick with fresh supplies of his drug, sometimes altered to be more euphoric.

Well he's deff no Barry as he's the perfect Guy Gardner but I made an exception here as all these guys come from another universe and I think Cooper would make this nasty piece of work truly something on screen. Watch out for 'Hangover 2' next year and hopefully 'Green Lantern II' too lol, gonna be sweet!

Brian Bloom as Speed Demon:

Speed Demon is Jerry McGee, an enemy of the Flash. He and his wife Tina McGee are also friends of Wally West. Originally a scientist at S.T.A.R. Labs, his mental instability and obsession with his work led to the destruction of his marriage, after which he went crazy and became bent on revenge. Developing a high-tech suit that would imbue him with super-speed through steroid usage, he became a costumed super-villain. McGee was eventually brought back to normal, and even reunited with his wife. Speed Demon was created by Mike Baron and Jackson Guice, first appearing in Flash (Volume 2) #5. (1987)

Brian Bloom done a lot of voice over stuff for animated superhero toons but last seen playing Pike in the 'A-Team' movie, I liked him a lot in it and I reckon this guy could easily bring depth to this insane character.

Chace Crawford as Phaeton:

Elseworlds: A universe died, but its engineers designed a sphere to protect all the remaining beings. Many Worlds were saved, and the engineers became revered as the gods. Dark magic from the Irrational realm outside reality helped.

Sovereign’s armies marched in the lands of Yuirth and had gained guardians not unlike the superheroes of other worlds. One was speedster and mischievous Phaeton. Superpower: incredible speed by a set of talismans, protected from friction by swimming in dragon’s blood.

Yeah, the guy is in 'Gossip Girl' but he's a talented actor, always been thinking Justice in Avengers but DC wise easily this bizzare character, don't hurt he looks like him either lol.

Chris Riggi as Slipstream:

Slipstream is a native of the extradimensional planet Qward. His source of power is unknown, but at some point he teamed up with a group of other superhuman Qwardians in order to extort money and cause havoc among the populace. This group was teleported to Earth by Claire Montgomery who mistook them for heroes. They were recruited to become her personal corporate super-team, the New Conglomerate, and compete against the Justice League at a pay-per-view event. Slipstream competed against Flash III in a race and won through chicanery. He and his teammates soon grew tired of the games and attacked the JL, but were forced back to Qward, and have not been heard from since.

Powers: Slipstream can travel at superhuman speed and possesses an aura of unknown energy that protects him from friction heat and other adverse effects of moving at super-speed. He can also vibrate his molecules, enabling him to pass through solid objects.

Another guy in 'Gossip Girl' but he's wasted in that show, check him out and others. Anyways he was funny as [frick] in 'Vampires Suck' piss take of Twilight and actually better haha.

Christian De la Fuente as Hyperguard:

In one possible future, Impulse and his friend Carol Bucklen have travelled to the 30th century. Carol began researching the speed force to find a way to accelerate the human metabolism, improving health (and speed) for everyone on Earth. Early tests were partially successful, granting test subjects super-speed...and an unexpected degree of suggestibility. Earthgov President Thawne quickly appropriated the technique to create his own cadre of super-fast soldiers: the Hyperguard. Unfortunately, long-term effects of the ray included complete physical and mental breakdown. Most Hyperguards went insane, but enough remained to do Thawne’s bidding... which included turning the hyper-ray on the entire population of Earth! This future was averted by the present-day Impulse when he gained time-travel powers of his own and prevented Max Mercury’s death, cutting off the timeline in which he and Carol would travel to the future.

Okay, this guys an unknown and your gonna need a lot of unknowns for the Hyperguard army! : P

Dane Cook as The Flash 67TH Century:

Nothing is known of this future speedster, save that he will be an ally of his era’s Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman and others.

Dane Cook was in talks to play Flash I think, nah to that, he'd make a good 67th Century Flash, and many would never hear from him again lol, hey he cracks me up and he's acting ain't bad either.

David Wenham as Earth 17 Speedster:

Psycho-Pirate met this character on Earth-17. A world all superheroes were created by the US government, beginning with Overman. All the rest were modified clones, including a Justice League type group attached to the US military. Overman got exposed to a sex virus and went crazy killing everyone on his world, including the superheroes sent to stop the villain.

David Wenham, amazing actor, kills in 'lord of the Rings' movies, so [frick] it, he'd do crazy pretty good, hell fantastic!

Rachel Nichols as Kingdom come Kid Flash:

In the alternate future of the Kingdom Come series, Iris West II is the daughter of Wally West (the third Flash) and Linda Park, and the twin sister of Jai West. Both Iris and Jai inherited their father's superspeed abilities, but only Iris chose to use her powers for good, while Jai used his powers to become a slacker and has no interest in the "family legacy". Iris is constantly bitter that her father, who has almost completely given up his life to patrol Keystone City non-stop, never makes time for her but does make time for Barry, and considered him the potential successor to the Flash identity instead of Iris, despite her becoming Kid Flash.

In the sequel The Kingdom, Iris is recruited by Rip Hunter (along with several other heroes of her generation - Ibn al Xu'ffasch, Batman's son; Nightstar, the daughter of Nightwing and Starfire; and Offspring, the son of Plastic Man) to try and stop a madman named Gog from altering the past, before discovering it to be unnecessary due to Hypertime.

Iris West II has the same abilities as her father Wally West: superspeed, the ability to control and vibrate her molecules, and an aura that protects her from friction at high velocities. Iris is somewhat slower than her father because of her young age.

Well yes who wouldn't want to see her in skin tight Flash latex. Oh my, she would make a amazing Kid Flash and most have seen she can act an also kick booty. Rachel Nichols is Kid Flash.

Du-Du-toit as Flash No Rules:

Elseworlds: In a world that fears and hates those with super-powers like Mutants in the Marvel Universe. Just like the X-men, those who try to do good are even hated. 10 metahumans band together and ask the world to trust them and give them the chance to prove that they can be a force for the greater good, the Flash is one of them so called heroes.

Du-Du-Toit, (yeah nice name) has been trying to get the part of Tarzan for a few years, don't know about that but I can see him donning this superhero speedster gear!

Edward Speleers as Facets:

Super-fast Flash (Facets) is part of the busy port city of N’Yarque was ruled by Queen Raven, a cruel but beautiful sorceress in this Elseworlds world.

Prior to Eragon, Speleers appeared in school productions such as Peter Pan, Richard III and Hamlet. Speleers also acted in a short film by Charlie Bleakley, called Metropolis. He then landed the title role of the 20th Century Fox screen version of Eragon, what can I say great actor, loved that movie.

Ed Weswick as Fastbak:

Fastbak is a superhero who lived on the otherdimensional world of Earth-C (now Earth-26), an alternate Earth populated by sentient animals.

While trying to catch a bus to Kornsas City (a parody of Kansas City, Missouri), Timmy Joe Terrapin, a resident of the "Okey-Dokey" swamp (a parody of the Okefenoke Swamp) in the American south, found a meteor fragment lodged in his shell, said fragment launched by Starro the Conqueror. Ironically, the fragment gave the notoriously slow (both in mind and body) Timmy Joe superspeed powers. Upon hearing of other animals across the country endowned with similar powers from other meteor fragments, Timmy joined them as the superhero "Fastbak," and helped to defeat Starro. Afterwards, Fastbak joined the others in creating the superhero team the Zoo Crew.

Fastbak possesses various superspeed powers, similar to those of DC Comics superhero the Flash, however, it is unknown if his powers are derived from the Speed Force, including the ability to make superspeed-generated afterimages of himself and (when retracting his body parts inside his shell) launch himself at foes like a torpedo. His shell is highly resistant to damage, and Fastbak will instinctively draw his head and limbs into his shell when endangered (though his small tail will often be left exposed). If necessary, Fastbak can remove the shell from his body, and his costume has an inner section that covers his inner body that are usually contained by the shell. It is unknown if the unusual strength of Fastback's shell is a result of his powers or a feature of all turtles native to Earth-C.

Well talented English actor, can see him owning this weird and wonderful part, so why not.

Elizabeth Banks as Sela Allen:

Sela Allen is an ordinary human in the 23rd century until Cobalt Blue steals electrical impulses away from her, causing her to become as slow to the world as the world is to the Flash. Hoping to restore her, her father takes her into the Speed Force. When her father is killed, she appears as a living manifestation of the Speed Force, able to lend speed to various people and objects, but unable to physically interact with the world.

Banks, great with Sef in 'How To Make A Porno' got the chops and the bod to carry this character off, so yeah Sela Allen.

Eric Stoltz as The Flash (Kingdom Come):

In the alternate future presented by Kingdom Come, Wally West has transcended our plane of existence. He now lives between dimensions, even able to see people made into spirits by the Spectre. His daughter, Iris, holds the mantles of both Kid Flash and the Flash proper.

Come on, it's like the guys come right out of the printed page as Wally West from Kingdom Come, he screams an older Wally West, fine actor too and very still underrated, i wonder what would have happened if he got that part in 'Back To The Future' as Marty McFly?

Evan Rachel Wood as Speed Freak:

Speedster of Earth 17, Speed Freak is a member of the Love Syndicate of Dreamworld (just like JLA). Little is known about this character, she was in the background during crisis.

Wood would give wood lol as Speed Freak and what a great name, suits Wood down to the ground! ; P

Freddie Prince Jr as John Fox:

John Fox was a historian for the National Academy of Science in Central City in the 27th century. He was going out with reporter Kim Fryer of Spectrum News. When the radioactive villain, Manfred Mota, had brought death and destruction to the Central City of 2645, the Academy decided to send John in the past to retrieve one or more of the three Flashes to help defeat Mota. However, his mission was a failure, but the tachyon radiation that powered his journey gave him superspeed. He subsequently sent Mota through the timestream to the year 50 Billion AD.

Freddie impressed me in '24' that he can play serious and play serious good, he'd make an amazing 27th century speedster.

Freema Agyman as (Jenni Ognats) XS:

Despite being the granddaughter of Barry Allen (the Flash) and the daughter of Dawn Allen (one of the Tornado Twins), Jenni Ognats did not at first display any signs of super-speed. However, the Dominators, knowing her family heritage, captured her. At the sight of seeing her father, (Jeven Ognats of Aarok) tortured, her latent super-speed powers activated. She managed to escape with her father before stray fire from the Dominators caused their base to explode.

After this, she checked herself into a laboratory to help her learn to coordinate herself at super-speed. Once she learned control, she was drafted into the Legion of Super-Heroes. She eventually learned to overcome her initial fear and nervousness, while she developed crushes on Cosmic Boy and, later, M'Onel, and eventually dated Dyrk Magz.

XS possesses Speed Force-based powers like the other members of her family (Barry Allen, Bart Allen, Wally West, and Iris West II). She can run at near-light speeds, vibrate through solid matter, and even time travel and cross dimensions by altering her molecular vibrational frequencies.

Freema Agyman played a great character called 'Martha' in the new 'Dr Who' I think she can easily play this Legionnaires future super speedster, and she has got great chops and for a character like this you need them, she would own in spades easy. Top quality actress.

Hlomla Dandala as Impala:

M'Bulaze (only name given) is a politically minded Zulu warrior from South Africa. He helped the Flash dismantle a bomb in South Africa. He later joined forces with other African heroes in the Crisis on Infinite Earths. He, along with other Global Guardians, were brainwashed by the Queen Bee of Bialya.
As part of a public perception ploy, the Guardians and the Justice League were tricked into battling a giant, alien robot. The robot was sent by the Queen Bee herself, who was not too concerned if it were to kill any of the Guardians. During the battle, Impala 'rescues' Power Girl, not understanding that she was one of the few most able to withstand the blows of the robot.

After coming to his senses and being rescued by Guardians and Justice League members, Impala takes some time off. While visiting Metropolis, he is attacked by the ancient being Fain Y'onia. The result of the battle is the loss of his powers. Before Fain is ultimately defeated, he causes the deaths of Impala's friends, Bushmaster and Thunderlord.

Impala is later involved in Roulette's house of games. He does not survive. Okay you've got me, he is a speedster in the DC universe but has nothing to do with tapping into the speed force anyways Dandala, a good Africa actor could nail this part, lets give him a try.

Jada Pinkett Smith as Green Lightning:

A future descendant of both the West and Rayner families, Green Lightning inherited super-speed from her mother and the Green Lantern ring from her father. Torn between two legacies, she developed a mental block that prevented her from using her speed and her ring on the same day. Green Lightning and several other Green Lanterns appeared in the present day to battle the threat of Oblivion, a villain that Green Lantern Kyle Rayner thought he had made up years earlier for a comic book. She and Adam Strange stopped Oblivion’s machinations on the planet Rann, then rejoined the others to battle Oblivion himself. Eventually it was revealed that all the “new” Green Lanterns—and the villain they opposed—were inventions of Kyle’s subconscious mind, given reality by his ring.

Green and red cool, well Jada proved how much she is as an actress in the 'Matrix' movies I liked her a lot and hell, she should play Green Lightning also check that new medical drama shes on.

Jesse Metcalfe as The Flash Earth D (Tanaka Rei):

The Flash of Earth-D, Rei idolized Barry Allen, whose stories only existed in comic books. Rei was inspired by Allen to become the Flash, much like Allen was inspired to become the Flash by his idol, Jay Garrick. Allen and Rei met during the Crisis on Infinite Earths when Barry was coming back from the 30th century and arrived in the wrong universe. As that earth was under attack by the shadow demons, Barry called on the Justice League and Tanaka called on the Justice Alliance, his world's version of the Justice League. They built a cosmic treadmill and made an evacuation. The Justice League left, but 39 seconds later, Earth-D perished.

Best known for 'John Tucker Must Die' I like him, he'd be a cool Flash Earth D.

Jill Bennet as Doralla Kon:

Doralla Kon is a scientist from another-dimensional world called Alkomar, was testing a space ship and landed on Earth. Everything was frozen in place on Earth til she met the Flash II and showed her how to slow herself down to match Earth’s speed as she was born super fast compared to humans of Earth.

Jill Bennett's got that look and she played Casey great in a movie called 'And Then Came Lola.'

Jim Jarmusch as The Rival:

The Rival Flash first appeared in Flash Comics #104 (February 1949). He is Dr. Edward Clariss, a professor at the university attended by the Golden Age Flash, Jay Garrick. He believes he has recreated the formula that gives Garrick his speed, which he calls "Velocity 9." Bitter at the rejection of his claims by the scientific community, Clariss becomes a criminal, wearing a darker version of the Flash's outfit. His version of the formula, however, proves to be temporary, and he is defeated when it is expended.

JSA #16 (November 2000) reveals that the Rival battled the Flash several months after his first appearance; in doing so he reaches lightspeed and vanishes into the Speed Force. Following the reformation of the Justice Society of America 50 years later, Clariss is retrieved from the Speed Force (which had been revealed as the Valhalla of fallen speedsters, good or evil, as well as their source of power) by Johnny Sorrow, who invites him to join the new Injustice Society. The Rival, driven to insanity by his time in the Speed Force, races across the country on a super-speed killing spree.

James R. Jarmusch is an American independent filmmaker but I believe has acting in his blood, anyways come on he looks F'ing perfect for a few lines as The Rival!

John Abraham as Savitar:

A Cold War pilot for a third-world nation, the man who would become known as Savitar was to test a supersonic fighter jet. As he reached top speed, his plane was struck by what appeared to be lightning, and he went down in hostile territory. Discovering he could defeat the enemy by moving at super-speed, he became obsessed with speed, naming himself after Savitr the Hindu "god of motion", and dedicating his life to unlocking its secrets. As Savitar studied, he discovered new powers that no other living speedster has mastered. He can protect himself in a null-inertia force field, give speed and kinetic energy to objects or people, even those in a rest state, he could also heal his own injuries almost instantly.

Savitar’s obsession gained followers, and he became the leader of a cult. In search of more knowledge, he sought out the only super-speed hero operating at the time: Johnny Quick. This encounter became a battle, the tide of which was turned with the arrival of Max Mercury, who led Savitar toward the Speed Force, but caused him to bounce off.

Savitar can move at super speed, and is able to lend or steal speed from moving objects. He has accelerated healing due to increased metabolism and can generate a null inertia force field.

Abraham, Indian actor, only seen him in a movie called 'No Smoking' great for this part.

John Barrowman as Blaine Allen:

Little is known of the origin of this Flash, save that he is related to the Flashes of the 20th Century and that he and his son lived on the colony world of Petrus. In an attempt to end the Allen bloodline, Cobalt Blue infected Blaine Allen’s normal-speed son Jace with a deadly virus. The Flash then froze the entire planet to prevent the virus from killing him. Realizing there was no way out, he took his son into the Speed Force, in hopes that it would take him. Instead, it took Blaine, and gave super-speed to Jace, enabling him to shake off the virus and survive.

Well we all know the acting chops of this actor (Barrowman) can't say I can see him as many superhero roles but this ones cool enough, heck can't wait for the new 'Torchwood!'

John Cena as Kryad:

(Okay, spot the joke casting one lol).

After an alien creature invaded Earth, a history buff named Kryad traveled back in time from the 98th Century to acquire a GL power ring. He failed, so he tried to capture the Flash's speed instead. After being beaten by Barry Allen, he went back further in time and used the chemicals from the clothes Barry Allen was wearing when he gained his powers. Kryad gave his life to defeat the alien creature.

Cena well what can I say lol, Kryad well ditto.

John Patrick Amedori as 23rd Century Flash:

Unnamed Allen of the 23rd Century. The father of Sela Allen, his wife and daughter were captured by Cobalt Blue. He was forced to watch his wife die and his daughter become crippled. As he and Max Mercury killed Cobalt Blue, a child took the gem and killed Allen. This Flash was one of the two destined Flashes to be killed by Cobalt Blue.

Okay he's not a big name is most famous characterto date is Aaron Rose, anyways I can see him as this future Flash, he was in 'Scott pilgrim' too.

Jordan Prentice as Agent Flashling:

Imp-like super speedster of some future era who joined in the fight against the legacy of Cobalt Blue and come on loved Prentice in 'In Bruges' got that on DVD, wicked movie.

Karl Urban as Speed Demon I (Blaze Allen):

Blaze Allen (an amalgam of Johnny Blaze and Barry Allen) was an amateur mystic whom the Night Spectre discovered. When Blaze Allen refused to allow Night Spectre to take his soul, the Night Spectre left. Blaze Allen, who worked at the Quentin Carnival was eventually married to Iris Simpson by Father Hellstrom. However, just after Blaze and Iris became married, the Night Spectre appeared and drained Iris of her lifeforce. This put Blaze into a deep depression, and he began delving more and more into magic.

Eventually, he was approached by Merlin, who helped Blaze bond with the demon Etrigan, so that Blaze could make sure that Iris' soul would rest in peace, by recovering it from the Night Spectre. By chanting "Gone, gone o' form of man, arise the demon Etrigan," Blaze Allen became the second Speed Demon. In his adventures as Speed Demon, he fought foes including the alien creature Dr. Doomsday, Vengeance, Uatu the Guardian, the Green Goblin, and of course the Night Spectre.

Well I want Urban as Ghost Rider, so why not.

Jorge Garcia as Thondor:

Thondor Alen: The Flash of some future era, a fifth-generation Jupiter colonist who grew to enormous size due to the higher gravity. Unfortunately, his bulk tended to counteract his speed.

Scream Jorge Garia all over it, damn miss 'Lost.'

Lance Reddick Voices Black Flash:

The Black Flash essentially fulfills the same role as Death for those who possess super-speed in the DC Universe, returning them to the source of their powers: the Speed Force. It is reportedly[citation needed] seen before the deaths of Barry Allen and Johnny Quick; Max Mercury, having had several near-death experiences, has also seen the Black Flash.

It is not clear whether the Black Flash exists because the speedster characters are simply too fast for traditional Death to capture, or as some sort of bizarre side-effect to their connection to the Speed Force.

It came for Wally West to draw him back to the Speed Force, but instead took Linda, Wally's girlfriend; having seen portents of Wally's death, Max Mercury and Jesse Quick intercepted him before he could reach the museum where Linda was waiting for him, with Linda thus being struck by the lightning that was meant to kill Wally. It later returns to try to take Wally again, freezing time except for those who possess a connection to the Speed Force. Max Mercury, Jay Garrick, and Jesse Quick all attempt to assist Wally by distracting the Black Flash; Wally finally defeats the Black Flash by racing it to the end of time, to a point where Death would have no meaning, causing it to dissipate.

The Black Flash appears to Bart Allen (at the time serving as the Flash) when the Flash loses his powers while battling the Rogues at the Getty Center. Despite his clash with Inertia- his clone, and, as another speedster, another possible candidate for the Black Flash-, Bart is killed shortly thereafter by the panicked Rogues when it appears he would win, even without his powers.

Reddick, awesome on 'Fringe' an has that voice that would go perfect with this dark character.

Lucas Byrant as The Flash V (Jay West):

Jay West (Earth-3898) was the son of Wally West (the original Kid Flash) and his wife Magda, who inherited his superspeed powers from his father. His "uncle Barry", who was the Flash who took over the mantle after Jay Garrick, gave Jay one of his costumes to wear when he began his superhero career as the new Flash in 2008. His first case was dealing with Lex Luthor, whose brain was put into a robot form called Metallo, who was already confronting Clark Wayne (Knight-Wing) several years after he received the formula that gave him Kryptonian powers similar to his grandfather Kal-El (Superman). However, his superspeed proved only to be effective in getting Victor Stone (Cyborg) to safety after he lost the use of his arms and legs due to an electromagnetic pulse generated by Metallo.

Lucas Bryant has made a name for himself in both Canada and the States. Bryant has many TV credits to his name but what I like him in is 'HAVEN' great SYFY show and would love to see him be a Flash.

Matthew Fox as Bizarro Flash:

Bizarro-Flash was created when Bizarro cloned Flash. He had a costume the reverse colors of Flash's, however he had a gavel symbol because Flash was holding one when he was cloned. The modern version of Bizarro Flash has the symbol of a thunderbolt-shaped mustard stain.

Okay another no brainer lol.

Michael Spears as Silent Running:

Not much is known about Silent Running other than he has Flash powers of course and he's native American Indian... all I gotta say is Micheal Spears, he needs a comic book role, epic actor.

Mike Vogel as Johnny Quick:

Johnny Quick is in truth Mr. Johnny Chambers, a newsreel photographer for Sees-All/Tells-All News. He invokes his power by reciting a mathematical formula ("3X2(9YZ)4A") taught to him by his childhood guardian, Professor Gill, who had in turn derived it from inscriptions found in a Pharaoh's tomb. After learning the secret to gaining superhuman speed, Johnny chooses to work as a mystery-man. In 1941 Johnny Chambers puts on his scarlet uniform for the first time.

Johnny Chambers had as his trusty assistant and confidant Tubby Watts (also of See-All-Tell-All News). He worked with, romanced and married Libby Lawrence aka Liberty Belle, and he also worked with all the members of the Wartime All-Star Squadron. During his time with the Squadron, Johnny met the members of the JSA and developed a strong but friendly rivalry with Jay Garrick, the first Flash.

Vogel I like a lot, he was in the remade 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' with Biel, was in the running for Cap. All I can say is Caps lose is Flashes gain, okay Johnny Quicks gain, he has that WWII era about him, make an awesome JQ!

Natalie Portman as Joanie Swift:

Joanie Swift worked as a secretary for a State University. One day, while reading aloud a sheet of equations, she accidentally spoke Johnny Quick’s speed formula, 3X2(9YZ)4A. She put together together a costume and became his partner for a short time.

Yeah I can see her and Vogel teaming up on screen big time, she too can pull off the WWII look in spades.

Neil Raymont & Adrian Raymont as Mas Y Menos:

In Teen Titans #38, Más y Menos joined - and left - the Teen Titans during the missing year after the Infinite Crisis. They are also portrayed as being older than their animated counterparts.

In Final Crisis #1, they team up with Sparx and Empress to battle the Mirror Master and Doctor Light. After a short battle in which the villains win, the two are laid out, impaled with shards of glass. The Director's Cut states that they survived.

Okay, I know their young in the animated Teen Titans series, but its movies they should be a lot older and the other set of Matrix Brothers!

Paul Dano as Captain Swift:

Earth-12's Flash Captain Swift was in a super group called the Freedom Brigade protected America. Later retired and became a teacher at Dean Egghead’s Academy For Superheroes.

Good actor, loved him in 'Girl Next Door' and he's next in 'Cowboys & Aliens' as Percy. Yeah swift is an insult for this actor I know lol.

as Johnny Quick Earth 3:

Like his Pre-Crisis Earth-Three counterpart, Johnny Quick is a villain counterpart of the New Earth and Earth-2 Flashes and a member of the Crime Society. Johnny and his Society cohorts encountered the Challengers from Beyond and fought them on sight. After the Challengers are aided by the Jokester and escaped to another reality, Johnny and the Crime Society were offered by Monarch to join in his war against the Monitors and pursuit of Multiversal conquest. For some reason, Johnny Quick was instead drafted into Monarch's Arena battles in his search for a strike team compose with a Flash, in having Johnny pitted against Jason "Jay" Garrick (Earth-2) and Lia Nelson (Earth-9), in which he eventually won. Since the destruction of Earth-51, Johnny Quick's fate remains unknown.

Mitch Hewer I've only seen in 'Skins' a good few years back, all I can say is I'd loved to see what he does with this character, why not an actor destined for the big screen.

Portia De Rossi as Ms Flash:

Patty Spivot was a lab assistant to Barry Allen, she was in front of a shelf of chemicals when it was struck by lightning. That split-second it took her boss to get her out of the way, he imagined a scenario in which she gained super-speed as he had. She called herself Ms. Flash.

Australian actress, but she does a good American accent in 'Nip Tuck' and hey I know its a crappy part but she can make something outta it.

Paul Telfer, Olga Kurylenko and Oleg Taktarov as Red Trinity:

Doctor Pytor Orloff is a prominent Russian scientist at the Puleski Institute in Siberia. Orloff was able to inflict super-speed on laboratory subjects using steroids and cybernetic implants, in conjunction with specialized gene therapy. Orloff decided to create Red Trinity after conquering the adverse side effects which afflicted his prototype team, the Blue Trinity.

While the members of Blue Trinity were extremely powerful, they were also emotionally unstable, slow witted, and prone to violence. The Red Trinity are currently known only as Anatole, Bebeck and Cassiopeia, the trio became super-powered operatives in the employ of the Russian army.

Red Trinity came into conflict with the Blue Trinity after they helped Wally West (Flash) smuggle Doctor Orloff out of Russia, because his expertise was needed to save the life of Doctor Jerry McGee (Speed Demon) in America. Flash and Red Trinity fight and defeat Blue Trinity at the Finnish border. As a result of their trip, Red Trinity decided to make the United States their home. They started up a super-powered intercontinental messenger service called "Kapitalist Kourier Service, Inc."

Well apart from Telfer thats British (can do a Russian accent though), we have Olga and Oleg both well know Russian actors and both would steal those parts as would Telfer in his own big way.

Ryan Kwanten as Speed Demon II (Wally West):

Wally West, the nephew of Blaze Allen, who contacted Merlin after accidentally discovering his uncle's secret identity. Wanting to help out his uncle, he had Merlin bond him with an unrevealed demon. Becoming the third Speed Demon, or the 'Kid Demon', Wally West fought alongside his uncle against the Night Spectre to free the souls held the evil demon. Wally West rides a flaming motorcycle in his first appearance as Speed Demon. When Blaze Allen realized that Wally West was not bonded with Etrigan, he feared what could be the true source of Wally's new powers. The final panel of the comic book showed an image of Night Spectre, seen in the sky, and laughing evilly.

No brainer.

Song Hye Kyo as Lady Flash (Earth 33):

Lady Flash is the keeper of the Speed Force. She was visited by the dimensional traveling Ray Palmer who was given his signature to prepare for a "Great Disaster".

When Monarch appeared and offered the League of Shamans the choice to join him, which the League refuses, Lady Flash converse with Terra regarding the coming Disaster and Monarch's offer; she decide to not join the mad villain and hope that the outcome of the coming crisis would end differently.

She is able to summon lightning and manipulate kinetic energy.

Song costarred with pop star Rain in the popular romantic comedy series 'Full House.' After the pan-Asian success of Full House, Song starred in the movie 'My Girl and I.' Song went on a 2-year hiatus, returning to acting as the kisaeng Hwang Jin-i in the movie version of Hwang Jin-i. She made her American debut in the Hollywood indie film 'Make Yourself At Home.'

Jay Baruchel as Kid-Flash (Justice Riders):

In the 19th century, in the American West, the small town of Paradise has been destroyed. Its sherriff, Diana Prince (often called the Woman Wonder), sets out to find out who destroyed it and how. Along the way she picks up allies: Kid Flash, the fastest gun in the West, Cheyenne Katar Johnson with his flying hawk suit, gambler and adventurer Booster Gold, inventor Beetle, and the manhunter John Jones. They learn that Paradise was destroyed by railroad baron Maxwell Lord to make room for his railway to California. Kid Flash keeps his name secret. It seems there was some trouble up in Abilene, where Wallace West killed Federal Marshall Barry Allen. The details are never revealed, but West claims it was “more mercy than a murder.” The Justice Riders only rode together once: to defeat Maxwell Lord and his army of clockwork men in the town of Helldorado. Any further adventures exist only in legend.

Good actor and awesome in 'Tropic Thunder' (he's the one with glasses).

Sam Trammel as Jace Allen:

Jace Allen gains super speed when his father brings him into the Speed Force to attempt to cure him of a virus injected into his body by Cobalt Blue in an attempt to end the Allen bloodline. In memory of his father, Jace assumes the mantle of the Flash and continues the feud against Cobalt Blue.

Trammel owns every scene in 'True Blood' even the one when he turns into a dog lol, yeah the guy would be great as Jace Allen.

Speed Metal as CGI with a computer generated voice over from no other than John Wesley Shipp:

Speed Metal is a group of robots granted super-speed. They act as law-enforcement agents in John Fox's time.

When he went back in time, Speed Metal pursued him. Ruthless, they were not worried about civilian casualties. Speed Metal was destroyed by Wally West to save John's life.

Yup We needs apart in this and hows about this?

T.R. Knight as The Blitz (Silver Age):

Okay, its not a DC comics speedster but Big Bang comics attempt to do their own version of the Flash, what do you think?

T.R. Knight - why not, got that Silver Age look and is in 'Grey's Anatomy' as Dr. George O'Malley.

Taylor Momsen as The Flash (Tanaka Rei/Tangent Universe):

The young, female Flash of the Tangent Universe is not a speedster, but instead "the first child born in space" and a being made up of and able to control light. As a side effect, she can move at the speed of light, which actually makes her faster than most of the other Post-Crisis Flashes, as only Wally West has ever survived a light-speed run without becoming trapped in the Speed Force. She recently reappeared in Justice League of America #16, somehow summoned out of the paper 'green lantern' of her universe - an artifact that survived the Crisis that erased the Tangent Universe from existence. Lia Nelson also appeared in Countdown: Arena battling two versions of the Flash from other Earths within the Multiverse. In the 52-Earth Multiverse, the Tangent Universe is designated Earth-9.

All I can say is Momsen sweet.

Sean Bean as Hermes:

Hermes is one of the Olympians, an extra-dimensional race of beings worshipped as deities in Ancient Greece and the Roman Empire.

Superhuman Speed, his top speeds seem comparable to those of Wonder Woman, she has his speed and other powers as well.

Bean pretty much owns everything he's in and as the fella looks like Hermes twin God brother I say hell [frick]ing yes!

Samuel Page & Bryce Dallas Howard as The Tornado Twins:

The twins are Don and Dawn Allen, the children of Barry Allen (the second Flash) and Iris West-Allen. In their first appearance, the twins are 30th century descendents of Barry Allen. They temporarily gain super-speed powers during "Flash Day", a ceremony honoring their ancestors. After the events of the Crisis on Infinite Earths, the history of the DC Universe is changed. In this new continuity, Barry Allen briefly joins his wife Iris in the 30th century, where the two manage to conceive the twins. Before they are born, however, Allen is killed saving the remaining worlds from the Anti-Monitor. Don and Dawn are raised in an era of extreme xenophobia, where metahuman activity is unwelcome. Growing up hearing the stories of their heroic father from their mother the two twins, who have inherited their father's superspeed powers, operate as superheroes in secret. They disguise themselves by spinning rapidly, so that they resemble two tornadoes. During this era they meet a time-travelling Wally West, who inspires them to fight the 30th century's prejudice against metahumans. As an adult, Don Allen marries Meloni Thawne; they are the parents of Bart Allen, the speedster hero who is first known as Impulse, before maturing into the Teen Titan Kid Flash, and who later becomes the fourth Flash. Dawn Allen marries Jeven Ognats, and gives birth to Jenni Ognats, who would become the Legionnaire XS. The pair help the Legion of Super-Heroes fight off an invasion of Earth by the Dominators. Unfortunately, the twins are killed while trying to free hostages held by Dominator forces.

Samuel Page ain't bad he plays 'Mad Men's' Dr. Greg Harris and plays him well and as for Bryce, I feel for her, perfect Gwen till Sony F'ed it all up, so I say Dawn Allen!

Thora Birch as Stan Lee's The Flash:

Just Imagine Stan Lee's The Flash: real name Mary Maxwell, a normal college girl with a scientist father, Mary's life was very dull and she longed to live the life of the superheroes in the comic books she read. But one day, enemies from her father's past named STEALTH (Special Team of Espionage Agents Licensed to Target and Hit) returned and killed him, but just before he died, he injected her with the DNA from a humming bird, to save her from a life-threatening disease that slowly drained her energy.

Birch can play pretty much any comic book heroine she wants, quality actress and to this day cbm 'Ghostworld' is still one of my all time favs.

Simon Baker as Reverse Flash (Zoom):

After the Crisis on Infinite Earths, Professor Zoom's origin was revamped. As seen in the Return of Barry Allen storyline in The Flash (vol. 2) #74-79, Eobard Thawne started out as a fan of the Flash. After gaining super-speed by replicating the electrochemical bath that gave Barry Allen his powers - even undergoing surgery to make himself look like Barry -, he traveled backward in time to meet his hero. However, Thawne became mentally unstable upon discovering he is destined to become a villain, his mind - already disoriented by the stress of time travel - seeking escape by convincing himself that he is Barry Allen. However, his true nature is eventually revealed due to his more violent nature, "Barry" attacking Central City in 'revenge' for 'forgetting him', until he is ultimately defeated by Wally West and he tricks Zoom into returning to his proper time.

Even though Thawne retained no memories of his trip through time, he was now left with a deep and bitter hatred of Barry Allen. This was due to feeling "betrayed" by Barry. Thawne began travelling back in time to battle the Flash to get revenge on him, using his knowledge of "history" to his advantage.

Bakers pretty much a class act from on 'L.A. Confidential' as Matt Reynoldson to now starring in the excellent series 'The Mentalist.' He would make an amazing Reverse Flash.

LEEE777 - Okay, as I'm undecided on who should play Barry Allen (though if I had my way Scott Speedman would play younger Barry and Matt Fox would play the older Barry and the death of the Flash storyline). Anyway I'll let it to a vote for you guys:

Scott Speedman

OR

Matthew Fox

Thanks for reading, you probably seen my main picks before as I have had most of these for a long time and it still was a killer to put up lol (been trying for the last 6 months or so). Well hope you enjoyed.

I would have to agree with Intruder....

Matthew Fox for Barry Allen!

Although I wouldn't be disappointed if Speedman was cast in the role either.

I like your choices for Flash! Speedman even has the right name ;p Nice fan cast, LEEE (with the exception of so many homers AND Frank Shamrock). But that does surprise me ;D With so many genuine actors, I can NEVER, EVER support musicians, rappers or athletes taking their job. Either way, nice work.

Great work LEE! I just read "Flah: Rebirth" and the first seven issues of the new series, so am currently working on a cast of my own! (a lot smaller than this with The Rogues as well) loving this a lot though...cool use of red in the teaser too. Don't mind at all that you used it by the way (as you mentioned in my S.H.I.E.L.D cast) and I'm happy for you to keep it. I know you aint no OZY, lol! Glad you think it looks good, and thanks for your comment over there! :) Anyway, yet another fantastic cast. Awesome stuff pal, I like 'em all.

Your Green Lantern fancast was excellent and so is this fancast. Flashtastic!

I just googled Dewet Du Toit and he is a South African.
It is an Afrikaans name, so the "W" in his name is pronounced like a "V" (just an fyi).

Hlomla is an awesome actor. Actually, he is my pick for Black Panther. I have not mentioned him before because I realised that not many on this site would know who he is. I honestly think he would be PERFECT for Black Panther.

I am going to pick Matthew for Barry. But like most of everybody else above, I think he is an excellent choice.
My choice for that role was James Denton (trying for an original pick).

BEST FANCAST EVER!!
I'm blown away by how complete this fancast is it even had the red text. and had a bio for all the characters and pretty much covered every character imagined that has to do with the Speed Force. Except I have one question. Does the villain Inertia not get his superspeed from the speed force? because he isn't in the fancast. If Proffesor Zoom is in this fancast then Inertia should be because Inertia is the reverse-Impulse.

Finished it in an hour and won a free t-shirt. Went into a food coma for a week and it was indeed worth it.
