On Thor's hand: I hope he really loses it! It'd be kind of sick if he ends up attaching Mjolnir to his stump like Ash's chainsaw, shooting it out and having it return and click back into place. It'd be new, these MCU films could use some original content to show the comics where to go instead of the other way it's always been.

That sounds even better. Malekith may be working for Thanos as well so maybe he's trying to get Thor to want to kill Loki and do his job for him.

OMG! Guardians of the Galaxy! I didn't see that coming! I was waiting to see a Fan made trailer and i just saw a real one. That surprised my a lot! How did you get this footage? And also, put it in the news, you will appear in the front line thing!

If it IS a dream sequence, I hope they delve into Jason Aarons' Thor run where they attach Destroyer's arm to his... But I hope they actually just slice the mofo off and attach the hand for reals, yo.
