I am going to start off by saying I love Smallville. It is an awesome show and probably my favorite show ever. I would love if Tom Welling or Erica or any version of Smallville was translated into the big screen. This fancasting is what I would be fine with if that did not happen.

Superman - Jared Padalecki - He is man. He is 6'4 and keeps getting bigger and bigger. I love Matt Bomer and Henry Cavill looks cool but they are too small. And I just do not think Brandon Routh can be todays superman.




Lex Luthor - Will Smith- He is perfect. I mean come on it's Will Smith. He would be an awesome evil mastermind. Also he would be perfect at making a city love him as their supposed favorite son until Superman.




Lois Lane - Olivia Wilde - She is beautiful and looks just like her. When I picture her on screen with Jared it just looks right.




Braniac- Nicolas Cage- This guy is a great actor and loves Superman. He would be amazing because he would want nothing more to be in this movie. I mean he even named his son after superman.




Metallo - Leonardo Dicaprio- Leo is one amazing actor and I would be really curious to see him in this role. So different for him and he could be an awesome luthor too.




Perry White- Alec Baldwin- Enough said.




Jimmy Olsen- Michael Cera. You know you love that idea.



Backup for Lex- Brad pitt. Combine Tyler Durden with Achilles.

I can honestly say this is a horrible cast. not one of these people are right for the parts you have them in. Cera would maybe make a good Olsen if he wasn't so damn annoying

Lee come on man get off the routhboot and cavill. I do like Ashley green a lot but she might be a little young. You say that they are wrong but thats what people said about Heath and look how they turned out.

1st, i love Supernatural but jareds not a great actor, definatly big enough though. 2nd, olivia wild is gorgeous any1 that says shes not right for lois is crazy. did you know Selleck is 6'5"? do you really want a pa kent that could beat up every other cast member? come up with a better argument than people said that about heath. theyre going to knock your choices thats what they do

Im really not feeling this cast at all I like JARED on supernatural but as SUPERMAN he's all wrong in my opinion. Will Smith as Lex DOESNT do it for me either and let's keep nick cage away from ALL CBM's I wouldnt even want him as a cameo reporter type!!

Your Jimmy Olsen pick might work in a campy version along with your Perry White pick. Superman has failed everytime at the big screen in my opinion Im starting to think maybe it's just to hard of a movie to make... I dont know, but I do know this cast wouldnt work either(ONLY MY OPINION)....SORRY GUY.
