Doctor Who. You are my childhood. I loved watching Christopher Eccelson's Run on DVD when i was 7. I have continued watching Doctor who throughout Matt Smith's Run and David Tennant's Run and i will be happy to see what Peter Capaldi's run is like. I have seen many pepole talking about a American Doctor Who Movie in the Past and i have dismissed it but thinking about it more..yeah it could work as long as it was written by Steven Moffat, Directing by a Doctor Who Fan and starred someone who at the very least familiar with the Source Materiel so here it is..my idea for the American Doctor Who Movie. I know this won't be nearly as good as SuperDude001's version but i wanted to do my own Fancast when concerning the Doctor.

Peter Jackson
Honestly, i think Peter Jackson would be fricking perfect as the director of the Doctor Who Movie. He is a big fan of Doctor Who (He has been trying to direct an episode for a while). I love Peter Jackson as a director and i feel that would do a great job on a Doctor Who Movie in my personal opinion.

Steven Moffat
Personally i think a American Doctor Who Movie should have the writer on board to write the movie's script if he isn't too busy. I think Steve would do a wonderful job on a Doctor Who Movie as he would not only bring justice to the source materiel on movie form but make the American Doctor Who movie not just some half assed attempt at making a Doctor Who Movie
Tom Hanks as the Doctor
I know what you guys are thinking. How in the hell can Tom Hanks possibly be the Doctor. He is way too old to play the role. Personally i dissagre ( He is only 2 years older that Peter Capaldi) and they can easily make him look younger. Look at how he looks in Saving Mr Banks, he looks like he is in his 40s. Speaking of witch the main reason why i think this would work is because not only is he a great actor but in the movie Saving Mr Banks. He displayed a sense of childish wonder that would work perfectly for the doctor. Walt Disney's personality in that movie would be perfect for the Doctor. In my personal opinion he would do justice to the character.
Companions:
Ellen Page as Susan ( The Doctor's Daughter)
In this version Susan is the Doctor's Daughter who escaped Galifery along with the Doctor when the Time War started. Travelling with him as a companion. She later meets Ian Chesterton while on Earth and the two start forming a relationship. Rory joins Susan and the Doctor to stop Darvos and the daleks .The reason why i choice Ellen Page is because she is a great actress and would do a pretty good job.
Michael Cera as Ian Chesterton
In this version, Ian is a young teenager who meets Susan when the Doctor and Susan land on earth. Their relationship begin to develop until Ian decides to become the Doctor's companion. The Doctor agrees and Ian joins the Doctor and Susan to stop Davros. The reason why i chose Michael Cera is because his chemistry with Ellen Page.
Other Characters:
Martian Freeman as Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart
In this version. Alistair is a known Hero, he has saved many lives in the Wars. He is haunted by the memories of his past and the lives he has had to taken. He is at first he doubts that the Doctor Exists but later becomes one of his allies. His relationship to the Doctor can easily be compared to Batman's relationship with Commissioner Gordon. Martian is a great actor and personally i feel he could portray the role well. He just needs to die his hair a bit.
Andrew Garfield as Ben Jackson
In this version. Ben was adopted from the streets by Allister and raised as his own along with his daughter. Ben joins the Royal Navy but is on leave for the next month. Ben along with Allister later encounters the Doctor and helps him and Allister fight the daleks forces. Andrew Garfield is a great Actor and can easily portray someone younger than him.
Emma Stone as Polly Stewart
A Fellow Navy Officer who has a secret crush on Ben. Polly is the daughter of Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart and has a close relationship with her father. Sadly her mother died when she was really young so she can't remember much about her. The reason why i chose Emma Stone for the role is because she is a great actress and has good chemistry with Andrew Garfield..
Villains:
Kevin Spacey as Davros
In this version Davros is till the creator of the daleks but he is also a Time Lord. Davros later decides the betray the Time Lords and create a Alien Species capable of burning everything to the ground. Using Time Lord Tech, Davros manages to develop an Army of daleks and star a war. Davros and The Master escape the Time War with a Armada of daleks ships. Using their ships, they managed to locate the Doctor who is on Earth. The Master having a personal grudge against the Doctor decided to attack Earth. Davros is later killed but is hinted to be alive but horribly burned and crippled.
Liam Nesson as The Master
Another Rouge Time Lord. Former friends with the Doctor until The Master betrayed the Time Lords started a war. After The Master learned that the Doctor has decided to escape the Time War, The Master decided to find where the Doctor had gone. The Master later finds out about Earth and The Master uses a cunning plan to kill the Doctor. The Master fights the Doctor but the Doctor does not want to fight his old friend. The Master falls to his Death but is revealed to be alive and regenerated into a new body.
